Quaint. Cozy.

This place is a home retrofitted into a winery, and what may appear lonely and abandoned, the wines served are far from lackluster.

Nestled in a residential area in Lancaster, drive too fast and you’ll zoom right past the street on where this winery resides. Parking is available on the opposite side of the house in an unpaved gravel road.

Upon entering the location, Olga welcomed us with a warm demeanor. With less than five tables in the entrance, Olga sat us at an open table.

She provided us menus with a list food items and a bevy of assorted wines. We ordered the wine flight - me, reds, the wife, an assortment of sweet wines - enjoying nearly all of the selections.

We stayed several hours, talking to the owners, Olga and her husband, and left after closing.

We enjoyed our quiet time at this winery. Some may view the location as a deterrent but rest assured this is a winery you need to try.

Very welcoming owners Olga and John. So many amazing wines, you just have to go by to see for your self. They bottled Sangiovese and Malbec today.. Destination stop with wonderful bistro food.

A proper definition of hole-in-the-wall. Don't sleep on Barret Cellars, as the passion of the folks here is palpable.

Their Chardonnay is INCREDIBLE. Gorgeous atmosphere. Hidden gem.

Cute small winery very nice guy who works there, we are having my daughters wedding reception there. Love it they have different events during the week it a great place

A quaint wine tasting room. The y have good wine along with personal thin crust pizza. The staff is friendly and I recommend going there with friends for an enjoyable afternoon.

A real treat owners are real nice ..u wouldn't expect it right around residential/ commercial but it works .
