Had a massage from Carina last night. Very professional, great thorough massage. She found and worked out tight muscles I didn't even know I had. She communicated during the massage to make sure I was comfortable. Would ask more or less pressure? She had techniques that were new to me, and very effective. I felt great after the massage. Looking forward to my next massage with Carina next week.
