Fantastic experience. Had a pedicure and a stone massage, highly recommend both (did NOT know that they massage with the hot stone. HEAVENLY). Bekah (Becca?) who gave me the pedicure was really nice to talk to and didn't make me feel bad about the state my feet were in. Already made an appointment to go back!

Took my daughter to get her color fixed and hair done for her wedding. Throughout the entire process, Maddison took the best care of her and went way above and beyond! All the staff are very professional and help each other out. They are super sweet and very caring. They even referred me to the best makeup artist when I was having a difficult time finding one. I highly recommend them! Therearent enough starts to rate the service.Thank you for making her feel her best on her magical day!

Lisa was great! She styled my daughter's hair for her promotion ceremony, and it came out beautifully! I saw her again for my hair color and trim. She did a great job!

First time at the Day Spa! And it won't be the last! I am so impressed with their customer service, friendly staff, incredibly relaxing an effective massages and facials! First off I was trying to find a spot for me and my friend to get facials and massages on short notice. I called Monticello when they were closed due to the holiday and the owner (Teisha) actually called me back a few hours later to say they were able to move some things around and accommodate my friend and I at a discount at that!!! We show up the next day and the staff we're expecting us and we're super friendly. Offered us something to drink while we waited. Only waited like 5 minutes and they took us back for our treatments. Arleen was our massage therapist. She's wonderful! Super friendly! Easy to talk to! First thing she asked was if I was having any problem areas I wanted her to focus on and what kind of pressure I would like. She was exceptional! I have had so many knots and tension in my neck and shoulders and in an hour she took away 90% of the knots and all of the tension!!! We also received facials by Katie. She was also amazing. Supper friendly, explained everything she was doing. I appreciated that since it was my first time ever getting a facial. My face feels so much cleaner and brighter! She got all the annoying hard to get blackheads! I'm so impressed! The rooms were small but beautifully decorated, smelt amazing, peaceful music. And very clean! Prices are the best I have seen in AV and Santa Clarita! Super reasonable!!! I'm gonna make this spot my go to at least once a month! Thank you all for a great experience! I left feeling relaxed, less tension in my body and rejuvenated! So did my friend. Trust me we both needed it!!!

I'm actually from out of town so I searched all over google for a couple of days before I choose Monticello, which was an awesome choice! Surprisingly I ended up getting the owner as my esthetician to do my facial, and man was she awesome! She was super polite, very welcoming (the whole crew as soon as you walk in the door is very welcoming), and very very knowledgeable! The spa bed was very comfortable, and the environment is very relaxing in your spa room. The owner took her time walking me through every step of the facial, providing good information, and the facial felt like 2 hours! It was wonderful!! She did not rush at all and did the best job! Now I know a lot of people come out of facials and hate how sticky full of product their faces are, and I came out with my skin feeling so good, smooth and rejuvenated! They have so many products to choose from, and she explained every product I asked about and also her recommendations. I love that she explained the product, told me the price and moved on. She didnt make me feel like I had to buy a product, she just simply recommended them. It was very nice, and she gave me some samples to try at home. Overall great experience, and highly recommend Monticello!

I found my salon and I will never go anywhere else to have my hair done. Went in my hair was a mess but Nancy preformed miracles. She is amazing. And the price was great.

First time coming, and I loved it! My stylist was Terry and she was so honest with her opinions and asked what I wanted the whole time during my cut. I really loved how she cut my hair and how she made sure I was happy with what I wanted, definitely coming back. And the little boutique shop is great.

The experience with Nancy was amazing. Got a perm and a cut and it looks great! Will be coming back soon to get it retouch.

Great service and at an unbelievable price! I saw Teisha today for a Brazilian wax and am super happy with the results. She was a pleasure to talk to and made me feel completely comfortable. I have my go-to person in Santa Clarita but I'm glad to have someone a little closer to home now.

Beautiful salon and everyone who works there is so nice! I went there for two separate occasions- both where I volunteered to be a model for a class they were teaching. The staff is amazing. They welcomed me with open arms. My hair turned out amazing both times!

Everyone was so polite and welcoming. Erica washed, cut, and styled my hair, and I loved it! She was very careful with my hair and was great to talk to. She was very friendly, and I recommend her to others.

This salon is so cute, they have antique decor and while you are waiting to be seen, they have beauty products for sale as well as accessories to pass the time. My hair dressers name is Rae and she always does a fantastic job and will not let you leave intil you look fabulous. She always makes sure you feel and look your best after leaving the chair, I highly recommend this place and her as well.

Cheyanne just did my hair and she did an amazing job. She is so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. I would recommend her to everyone. She is the best hair stylist I've ever been to. Definitely will be going back to her. Thank you so much Cheyanne😀👍🏻

Terry is a great stylist. Great at coloring and cuts. I always love my hair when leaving. She has a great personality and makes you feel very comfortable. Salon is very nice. Great atmosphere.

I come to Eva for my eyebrows and she does an amazing job. I first came to her 2 years ago with asymmetrical eyebrows from a bad wax job. Eva has been working her magic since then. The salon is nice and clean and everyone is always very friendly. They offer water, tea and coffee while you wait(although the wait is never long). I also had a haircut done by Cheyene and I loved it. She asked questions before we started to make sure she understood what I wanted. Both Cheyene and Eva are great.

I have been going to Monticello since the day they opened - many years ago! Roseanne is an awesome hairstylist, Teisha gives the best facials, Carol is an amazing manicurist and Mia gives the best massages! Go there and you will not be disappointed!

Mía dose a great massage heled my blood flow and removed toxins . I was stuck at a certain weight for 4 to 6 weeks thought massage would help 2 days later I lost 6 lbs coincidence maybe but a scale doesn't lie. I feel great going back next week.
