AV Pediatrics and Family Medicine

So far I’ve had great experience here. I’ve seen 2 different drs here and they have great bedside manners. I feel like they actually care. Alia and David are who I’ve seen so far. They listened to everything I said. The only thing is there’s a particular assistant I won’t say the name. But she’s always kinda unpleasant. She seems very unhappy. I thought it was me because she was rude the first time I went in. But she’s checked me and did vitals most of the time and nope it’s her she is just rude.

I'm very happy to call AV Pediatrics my new PCP home for my family and I. All the providers there are super awesome and take their time, most of all they listen. Really big fan of Lori Rodriguez the provider she was so laid back and still professional. Made me feel really comfortable. Even the front office staff was super sweet. I myself work in a doctor's office and I know how it goes. Highly recommend ;)

Called yesterday and was given an appointment for next day....which was great. At the office today the receptionist was very pleasant. Short wait, perhaps 10 minutes. Appointment with Jenet was very comfortable as usual. She listened to my symptoms in her knowledgeable and warm manner and quickly diagnosed my condition. A couple of medications were explained and prescribed. I left feeling that all of my medical needs had been completely dealt with in a caring and competent manner.

I personally have in the past done everything in my power to not go to doctors unless someone drags me there. My husbands heart doctor told him to go to Jeanette Langjahr as his primary doctor, so we changed to that practice with Dr Allen under our Medicare. It was the best decision . I also did the same which in the end has been the best doctor patient relationship ever !
I have found they treat you with compassion and respect. They take the time to listen to what your experiencing and take the necessary means to determine the cause and provide the needed care to control or cure the illness.
Most office you have to wait weeks to see the doctor and your treated like a number , lucky to get five minutes of the doctors time , and usually they can't remember that they've seen you before. That is definitely not this office or doctors! They take the time to follow up personally when needed, they squeeze you into their schedules when your having issues that need immediate attention and have always known exactly the health issues or procedures they were treating me for.
I trust them , which in itself says everything ! I've experienced years of really bad , life threatening medical treatments which had lead me to not trusting any doctors! It's extremely comforting to know finally my heath care is in good hands.
Just a side note of kudos to their staff as well . Very friendly and helps out with all that's needed to make the office visits run smoothly.

I absolutely love my Dr.'s office and staff! I see both Janet and Lori and both are excellent!!! They take time, listen and give sound, current and efficient treatment. Sometimes there can be a little wait but I know I'm going to recieve the same quality care when I'm in the room! The staff are always friendly and helpful! Thankful for this practice.

I’ve been a patient at AV going on 9 years now. They are continuously improving their operations. At my last appointment, they were very quick to get my vitals. All of the support staff are courteous professionals. The whole facility is very clean as well. Definitely recommend this Doctor’s office for anyone in need of a family doctor.

Everyone is awesome all the way from the staff down to Dr. Allen himself. Dr. Allen is very kind, attentive, great listener and showed genuine interest in my situation. Not “script happy” like other doctors I’ve seen in the past. Did not try to prescribe me a bunch of different meds but rather stuck to what was absolutely necessary. I have found my new Primary Care Dr. Keep up the good work AV Pediatrics! 👍

I was recommended this place by 2 of my friends, so far so good I was able to schedule an appointment for my son right away, their availability is great they also offer late appointments on certain days. The appointment scheduler by the name of Heather was great she had patience and didn't brush me off the phone right away... she took the time to look for the time that worked for us. Thank you the good customer service and for looking out for your patients.

I have been going to AV pediatrics allergy and medicine for over 10 years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. helpful, and kind. I met with Rodriguez today and she is very thoughtful, comforting, and just a real down to earth person. I felt like I was talking to my bff. I highly recommend this office for all of your medical needs!

Dr. Rodriguez is the best doctor for my family. She’s patient, kind and listens to my concerns. She offers sound medical advice and I feel like we work together so the health of my family. Her staff is friendly, responsive, and prompt. She’s one of a kind and I feel blessed to have found this office. We’ve been her patients for about 13 years.

I absolutely love AV Pediatrics. Lori Rodriguez is awesome; my family and I have been with her for 12 years and could not ask for a more caring and thorough physician. My mother saw Dr Allen today for the first time and she loves him. My mother has multiple issues but her dementia that goes along with having Parkinson's is her most prevalent adaptive issue. Dr. Allen was gentle and kind with my mom. His care was thorough and my mom understood everything he said. I think she will look forward to going to the doctor now all because of Dr. Allen. Everyone at the practice is kind and helpful. The newer NP, Alia Jamison-Dinowitz, is very thorough. She explained every step of what was going on during my appointment and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. My family of six have had other providers throughout the last 15+ years because of insurance changes, but always love being back at the AV Peds practice!! From Dr. Robinson to Lori and Jenét to Dr. Allen, I’ve never had a negative experience! Thank you for all you do!

I have had such a great experience at AV Pediatrics. They are attentive and give great heartfelt service. Lori, Janet, Allen, and Dee Dee are all amazing! They connect with their patients and give each medical situation the attention and support needed. My kids, husband, and friends also feel that AV Pediatrics is amazing. I wish we found them sooner!

My experience w AV pediatrics has been terrific. My husband and I left our previous doctor Of 10 years. We mentioned several concerns and he said we were fine. One Visit w Jenet langjahr - a physician’s assistant and I’ve learned a great deal more about my health needs. Her nurses followed up w me several times for a follow up appointment and worked w my schedule. I highly recommend them.

I looked for a long time to find a doctor like Dr. Allen. He is a very thorough doctor, he really listens, takes his time and is careful about prescribing medication. His staff are friendly and efficient. What is really outstanding is that staff and doctors all really care about each patient.
