The Davita location of Lancaster is without over exaggerating is deplorable it’s hard enough to sit 3 1/2 hours in the chair that cushions have worn out in peoples indentations got permanent but also for at least a couple of months have had the TVs and our section not working now who’s responsible for this to get some things done i’m not quite sure but whoever it is, they’re not on their job, and you would think that the money that this company is making through Medicare Medi-Cal, and the other insurance is that they would have the decency for withal to be more considerate and concern for some sort of comfortability for their patience

They have very bad patient service I had made plans to visit one month in advance so everything should be breezy. Wrong they changed my chair time then I got the worst greeting ever from them one tec name Fina was bad attuied no respect very rude .she makes you feel like not going anymore just because don't want to deal.with her😒😒😒😒😒

They treated me terrible. Abused by staff and Social workers and Doctor would not recomend to a family or friends zero star rating.
