I had multiple quotes and a pretty good knowledge on what needed to be done for my new appliances. My issue was time. I have 3 young kids, 8 month pregnant wife and a very time demanding job. I ran out of time and wanted to hire someone to finish installing my gas stove top and dishwasher. Jeff was amazing. He showed up during his time slot, communicated very well and did a thorough perfect install. Since i had a decent understanding of what was needed, his wife made me feel very confident that Jeff was the right person for the job. I scheduled his services on Tuesday and by Thursday evening the job was complete. I recommend 100% using Jeff and company for your appliance needs.

We have used Authentic Appliances for a few service calls this past year. Always helpful and nice. Our Maytag washer was only 6 years old and we've already had a few calls on it. So instead of spending $700-900 to fix it we purchased a Speed Queen. I know we're going to be happy with our purchase. Stacy was very helpful with questions about the SpeedQueen washer. It came in early so Jeff installed it today. Thank you for being on time and efficient.

Overall, it was a really great experience for me. Jeff did an amazing job installing my new wall oven and took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you Jeff, the oven looks and runs great!

Update: New purchase
Because of the great service we received before we decided to purchase our new fridge from Authentic Appliance. From the time of order to delivery it was less than a week. Love the GE fridge! Just super happy they were able to get it so fast and in time for the holidays. Thanks Stacey, Jeff and Blake for all your help!!

My dryer stopped working and was really happy that it was repaired the same day. I was impressed with their text system to let me know that “Jeff would be there in 44 minutes.” Repair and service was quick. Very happy to have the dryer working again. I highly recommend this company!

i have used authentic appliance about three times now over the past few years and i have never had anything but amazing service. I thought i had an issue with my laundry machine and turns out it was actually the water supply that broke due to a bad pressure regulator.
Apparently, the owner was a plumber for many years, he knew how to handle it. Not only did I not waste money trying to fix something that wasn't broken. He addressed the actual underlying issue. They're a great company.

It was a terrible time (approaching Easter celebration) for our oven to fail us, but it caused us to have the most wonderful experience ever in our dealing with an appliance store. We completed the replacement totally painless. Thanks to Authentic Appliance LLC

We have had repairs several times from Jeff at Authentic Appliances in our home and at our church. He is knowledgeable honest and does a great job. I won't trust anyone else.

Our 10+ year old built-in Thermador fridge was acting up and, due to its age, I was skeptical it'd be an easy-to-diagnose repair. Enter Authentic Appliance. The issue was pretty much identified on my first phone call. Two weeks later our fridge was working like new again! We are even at the furthest edges of their service area. Stacey and Jeff are extremely knowledgable in their field, thoughtful, and provide top quality service – I'd definitely call again if the need arises and recommend them to anyone in need of appliance repairs!

I have used this business before and got great service.
My dryer quit working. I called, and Jeff was able to get to my house within a couple of hours he diagnosed the problem, but he had to order parts. The parts came in very quickly. He came and installed the parts, and all was good 👍👍

Jeff came out twice to our home to service 3 of our major appliances. He was reasonable and came out it a timely manner. He explained what he would do and also explained what we could do to keep our appliances it good working condition. I will defiantly call him in the future if and when my appliances break dow.

Came out the same day (I think I got lucky) and not only was he super knowledgeable about the Thermador dishwasher, but he was kind enough to show my clients how to use it. Gave them tips as to what type of detergent to use; and how to properly care for this fancy dishwasher. What a great experience! Highly recommend!

I was extremely impressed with how quickly Jeff was able to arrive at my home from the time I called in my repair with Stacey. Jeff was very informative on the issue with my refrigerator and ordered my part. Stacey kept me informed on when they part would arrive. The service was great, and I was so grateful for the professionalism of this awesome team! Not only do they have reasonable prices, but they also offer a military discount! Jeff, came out to fix my dryer. He was honest and resolved my issues in a timely manner. I loved that he was transparent with me. My dryer is now working better then ever ! Would 100 percent book him for any other issues I might have. He is definitely some I’d recommend for any appliance issues you might have.
