First want to say that my shopping experience was awesome! They went above and beyond to find a matching chair for the couch I wanted. I had some scheduling conflicts and they made a special run for me so I could get my furniture sooner after I missed the initial date for delivery. The delivery guys were amazing as well. I love my new GE Washing Machine. The purchasing and delivery process went well and I was pleased with the Black Friday deal we were given. Local is best!

We purchased 2 Lazy Boy recliners and an oversized chair from Household. One of the recliners had a factory mechanical defect. We brought it back the next day and within 10 minutes, Household unloaded the broken recliner and loaded a new one on our truck. Marcia and the crew were excellent to work with - highly recommend!

Dan hooked us up with a great bed set. With the expectation of shipping delays due to COVID-19, we understood that there would be a bit of time to get our bed set. Management and staff are great and stand behind their products. Overall very good experience!
