They understand what needs to be done and explain things to us. The work is done efficiently and expertly. Was browsing for cars online and instantly fell in love with one of the jeeps they had on the lot. Went same day to test drive it, and Charlie was the first person I ran into. He was incredibly helpful, and made sure it was the right car for me. He followed up a few days later to see how it was going, and checks in to see how the jeep and I are doing.

Great staff & customer service. It sounds cliché but they really are one of the best dealerships to work with. Whether you’re buying a new car or your current vehicle needs service. They are always helpful all the way around.

I only wish they would have given me more for my trade in vehicle. It’s really not their fault though, “Nancy” was getting up there in age and mileage and she needed a new transmission. So i understand they can’t pay me for the sentimental value of “Nancy”. I just hope they fix her up and get her to a good home somewhere.

We where 2 months into our 6 month tour with our half ton when we decided that we needed a 2500 for the mountains ahead, and Marquette GMC not only had the perfect truck in inventory ready to go for us, they were also quite possibly the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. They gave me a fair trade value without the games and were a pleasure to work with. Although I live in Florida, I just might continue to purchase all my trucks from them going forward.

Service Staff was very helpful with explaining the Warranty Work needed and Parts that needed to be ordered. They also provided me a curtesy car because the warranty work would take 2 days.

Kevin, Lauren and Nikki were super helpful. Kevin walked me through the setup on my new Sierra Denali HD and explained all the features. The truck is awesome and the service was everything I needed.

Even though the tires ordered were not correct size - the Dealership took care of me - gave me a great loaner until my car was all set!!! Great Customer Service!!!

Excellent Experience! The whole staff was always willing to work with me and answer any of my questions. The salesman, Kevin, took the time to make sure I was comfortable with every option on the vehicle before I left the lot.
