The absolute WORST property management I've ever dealt with! I have gotten into numerous arguments with them about communication and their "professionalism." There have been numerous times that things have needed to be replaced and or fixed i.e. water heater, dryer, garbage disposal and garage door. Every single time I needed something that I am not obligated to fix I get attitude, and disrespected. Up until today that I had to do a walk through to be moved out. I was suppose to meet up with her on the 30 of June at 12 pm and she did not answer my calls, text until 9 pm that night. she said that she had gotten the days messed up and she wasn't trying to disrespect me or my family as I let her know in one of the messages that I was there with my two kids ( 1 year old and 3 year old) as you can imagine. I was waiting for well over an hour. The next day she send me another text as I was so vivid that she didn't even has the courtesy to respond to me that she was not able to make it.
I myself was nervous about getting my deposit back because we have had so many problems in the two years that I was living there, I figured they would give me a hard time. As I was right!
I had talked to my old neighbor about me moving out and what she went through so that I could properly prepare myself. She said that "it was easy and shouldn't be a problem." As they are doing the walk through they are taking pictures of the inside of cabinets and every little thing. I had the carpets shampooed and wiped down the walls to make sure that they had no reason to make things hard for me.
As they were taking pictures I was texting my old neighbor and asked if they did the same to her, she said no. I had asked her about the deposit she said she got the full deposit back and that they even MET HER to give her, her money back.
When I asked him if they ALWAYS take pictures and Ralph said "yes, of coarse, its standard" I then asked if they ALWAYS mail back the deposit he replied "yes, we send it with tracking to make sure it gets back to you" they tried to tell me about "stains on the walls, floors and the carpet wasn't "properly cleaned" but I had a professional clean them...???? AND provided a receipt. but because he said there was no "lines on the carpet" that the company did not clean them right...!!! Ralph also said about the strainer that had a couple of things (food) in it from the kitchen sink and he said it was "dirty" I literally in front of him picked it up, rinsed it out, and said "there its cleaned" and he wrote that down on our "walk through list"

I am probably not going to get my deposit back but that okay. If I can save anyone from renting from them or buying a house from there because they will lie with a straight face with looking in your eyes with no hesitation.

Please save yourself the aggravation. Stay away from them !!
Their whole crew is Pamela, Ralph with their daughter Christina who are all so lovely and pleasant to deal with.

Supposedly the "best in CA and Military friendly" I work at Edwards AFB and am in the Army Reserves.
