I couldn’t be happier with their work on our family’s new home! Their sales guy Austin was super helpful getting me measured and quoted same day. The price was more than fair, and the work was quick and good. Their technician Martin showed up on time, and was professional & polite. After he introduced himself, we hardly spoke again because he was working so efficiently. They set up a special staging area so they didn’t track in rain water on my new hard wood floors, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The carpet is plush & tight, and my newly painted base boards are still sparkling! I thought I was going to have to pay more going with Carpeteria due to their great reputation . . . but I didn’t. I feel like I definitely got the better end of the deal when it comes to value. I highly recommend using this company!

Wonderful experience there. I needed flooring and one of the owners, Barry White went above and beyond to make sure we got the right flooring at an excellent price. As far as I am concerned, Carpeteria is fantastic.

In June of 2022 our house flooded from a burst pipe in the master bath. This happened while we were away for the day so there was extensive damage. It took until Sept to get everything squared away with insurance, mitigation etc and when it was time to rebuild we went with Jack from Carpteria and his team. They all went above and beyond anything we expected and got us back into our home just after Thanksgiving. Our home was a complete rebuild from the floors, cabinets, sinks, paint, shower, bathrooms cabinets, walls, moulding, jambs, doors, etc. The team, Louis and all the guys we so nice, professional, ontime, clean, polite, respectful etc. Jack, Luis and the rest made a stressful situation go smoothly and speedy. We are so thrilled to be back in our home and are beyond satisfied with the work. I highly recommend .

Barry's been in the business forever, knows his stuff, easy to talk to, fair, honest and got my product in 2 days when everyone else told me a week. He even gave me a $100 rebate which he could have easily kept when manufacturer dropped thier delivery charge. What more do you want?

I wanted to share my awesome experience at Carpeteria with Barry and Jack. I has Stain master carpet with a warranty and they came in and replaced it all at no charge except installation which is noted in the warranty. The carpet was nine years old and very good quality. The experience with Barry and Jack was quick and easy. I had purchased all my carpet and tile in my home with them for the last twenty years. I highly recommend them.

From the time I stepped into the store purchased my carpet and had it installed I received excellent service. They had great pricing and were able to install in a timely manner. Store is well presented on the inside with a copious amount of product on display. Staff were quite receptive and knowledgeable, assisting me whenever I had questions. I recommend to anyone looking at flooring options.

One thing to note, prices the staff quote you are the installed prices (which might scare some people) unlike Lowes or Home Depot which start with product price first, which exclude the labor charges.

This is the Best Place to have your floors done. They are so good and helpful. They make you feel like your one of their family members! Helping with other areas of your needs as well. My tile broke in my kitchen, no one took the time to see if they had a match. These guys at Carpeteria searched their whole warehouse for me to find a match. They come to your home, measure and give you a price right away. The installer was professional and courteous. The installation is perfect. The customer service is terrible. Last friday I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday between 830 and 930. At 940 I called to inquire what was up and was told that since I live so far from town(15 miles from their shop) that they should be arriving any minute to call back at 10 if they are not there. At 1010 I called and told they would not be here till after 1100. At noon the installer arrived. How hard is it to schedule? How hard is it to keep the customer apprised of updated times? I was happy to pay the price of the products and I do not think it is too much to ask for timely service.

Great vibes and I'm looking forward to having new flooring and countertops installed plus a free kitchen sink. Best to choose local businesses. They've been here for 19 years.

Well so much to say , walk in on because we needed carpet a.s.a.p. berry was there ,he doesn't work sat but he was there helped us in a heartbeat was so nice and was willing to give my mom a great price ,the installers came to do they work and we were so amazed on the job they did .....great job everyone, will go back ,and will tell all about your business.....thanks again so pleased 👍😉

This is a family store. The owners there are also sale people and will go out of their way to custom order special products not offered by the big chain stores. Estimates are free and they also remove old flooring for nothing.
