They are the greatest staff and doctors around. They found my husband's cancer and checked on him all of the way throughout all of his recovery. They were wonderful with me also and we wanted only the best ratings for the Greatest staff ever, they treat you like family.

I came here for colonoscopy and endoscopy on the advice of the treating doctor, Dr.Dharmaraja. I was a bit apprehensive because of some of the reviews I had read on Google. One of the doctors here Dr Perumalsamy had treated my wife couple of years back and I knew he was an excellent doctor. However my doctor this time, Dr Dharmaraja, also turned out to be a good doctor----very kind and experienced doctor with vast knowledge of his subject and excellent bedside manners. The endoscopy and colonoscopy performed by him were a piece of cake----very quick and painless. The staff was exceedingly friendly, and the clinic/ hospital is very, very clean and well maintained. I never once felt I was in wrong hands. I had walked in at 11.45 a.m for my 12.10 pm appointment and I walked out at exactly 1.45 PM, and headed straight for Olive Garden with my wifie! Both procedures were performed successfully, with ease and proficiency. I’m waiting for my biopsies which will be perused by Dr Dharmaraja for deciding the treatment. Thank you Dr Dharmaraja and your wonderful staff for all the efficiency and courtesy extended. I will highly recommend this facility, if you have a gastro issue.

Friendly service. The doctor, mine is Dr. Perumalsamy, is wonderful. He really seems to care and he listens to your concerns and tries to address them all. Wait times are minimal.

Superior desk service, and the people where upper GI done, these people are great. Dr patel is a great doctor. Will listen to you and do what's necessary...thanks Dr. PATEL.

I like the doctor but be sure you have nothing planned, the wait is very long. All the time!

Your doctor there likely does care about you, but they're so overbooked you don't get a chance to know that. They ask you arrive 15 minutes early, only to make you wait an hour, or for them to tell you they accidentally scheduled you on the wrong day. Don't bother calling to find anything out, they don't know and they won't call you back either.
I came in to see a medical issue through, but I'll be moving to an office in LA or Bakersfield.

Was not very pleased with everything that led up to my Colonoscopy. Super crowded, herding sheep feeling.

Only plus side, the Dr was very nice and thorough. Everything about the place.... meh.

My husband saw Dr Pruthi last year and his staff is rude and uncooperative. The wait to see him was long, over an hour past the appointment. With that being said, when we saw him he was okay. He seemed to take his time and listen. However, there was bloodwork and testing Dr Pruthi wanted done and again we got the runaround and never were able to get cooperation from his staff to get it done. This year, god knows why, but my husband was referred to Dr pruthi again for another issue. I got the referral and have been trying to make an appointment for two weeks. They claim to have not received the referral. So I had my insurance fax it again, twice. I faxed it personally. A nurse at my husband's GP office has faxed it. They claim not to have received it. Yesterday I contacted them again and asked them if I could please just bring the referral paperwork with me to the appointment or if they can take the authorization number over the phone. I was told they would not make an appointment for my husband until they receive the referral and that I could hand deliver it to them. They want me to hand deliver it to them, just to make the appointment, when I live an hour away. I asked to talk to someone else and was placed on hold for 30 minutes. Then, the same girl picked up the phone, said hello, and when I responded she disconnected me. This happened again the second time I called back. So, I'm done. I contacted our insurance and had another provider put on the referral. I already have an appointment in place. Funny how that works. It's a shame that this practice will lose patients because of rudeness and lack of cooperation from it's support staff.

wife had to go there today for her procedure.....we were kind of lucky she had to only sit for an hour before they called her in but most of the people there had been there for over two hours. It is sad that they make people sit there that long after most of them have not had any food since the day before. The bathroom was just plain NASTY...looked like it has not been cleaned in many days. The parking is a JOKE meaning no where to park, the lot is full because so many people are there for so many hours. If you are told you have to go here then make sure you have NOTHING to do that day since you will be there for most of it. They pack in so many patients who bring a few family members and the waiting room becomes standing room only...

Worst answering service I’ve ever spoke to. I called with an emergency and operator 105 hung up on me so I called back and asked for a supervisor. He said he was the only supervisor and the ONLY one working. He didn’t know Dr Atla was a Doctor here, didn’t take my message, and hung up on me again.

I understand doctors overbook all the time, but for procedures like these and what one has to go through to prepare for it only to have to wait 2 hours after appointment time to get in is ridiculous.
I will never allow them to make my appointment in the middle of the day on a weekend! CRAZY!!

A fight broke out in the lobby today and the incompetent staff did nothing to diffuse the situation. Avoid this dumpster fire of a clinic at all costs. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Absolutely worst facility on the planet. Very unprofessional staff and doctors. It is now going on 2 hours past my appointment. I haven't eaten all day and I feel as I am about to pass out on there unclean floors. 😭😭

Disorganized, if your doctor is a little behind you go to the end of the line for being called back. So if your doctor is 15 minutes behind you can be delayed an hour.

Extremely rude and highly unorganized establishment which like most medical offices, keeps you waiting hours before they even see you. Hope my husband doesn't have to go back for a long time.
