Fantastic experience moving from the Bay Area to the country. Kristen is fantastic; not only friendly, open, honest, and knowledgeable, but she really cares. We met her looking at a home we found driving in the Shingle Springs area, she was the listing agent. While the house was very nice, we were not sure. We really didn’t know exactly what we wanted. She offered to show us other properties to help us hone in on something that would work for us. Over the next couple of weeks she showed us a variety of homes in different areas and different price points, but most importantly she shared where we should go eat, what wineries to visit, who we should meet, truly amazing. She loves this area and it really shows. Throughout this process we kept coming back to the original house we met her at (her listing). In end it was a choice between the home we chose and her listing and instead of her selling hard, she remained unbiased and interested in our needs. She gave us compelling points for each and we were able to make a tough choice. If you want someone who not only knows property, but also loves her part of the world and wants to share it with you; if you want someone who is going to really listen and help; if you want someone who knows everyone, from insurance, internet, septic tanks, wells to the best restaurants and wineries, Kristen is who you should call. She was an incredible resource that helped us navigate buying and selling our house from staging, photography, managing the showings, inspections and helping us navigate the offers.
