Placerville 49'ER Mini-Storage

After several years of storage here I can highly recommend this facility. It is clean, dry, easily accessible, and rodent free year round. The manager, Shawn, is a pleasure to know and work with. He is a very helpful person and I always felt safe and confident my belongings were well protected. I also found the other tenants to be friendly, kind and respectful.

Shawn is an extremely conscientious manager completely aware of the all of his renters needs and goes beyond the Call of Duty to help. In my case being a single disabled female he personally helped me in my time of need and there is no way he is being compensated for his generosity and compassion he shows each and every renter. I highly recommend this rental facility it is clean free from rodents and a safe place to store your personal Treasures

AFFORDABLE, SECURE, CLEAN & SAFE - And You Can Believe It. The Managers are kind, smart and alert. It has been such a relief knowing we were in good hands all these years. Keeping the facilities in suburb condition, the units clean and tight.
Look at the rest but choose the Best!

Sean went Above and Beyond on this day off, by bringing our dining room chairs up from a storage unit so we could get them on our truck. A job well done and we thank him very much..

49er Mini Storage was a home away from home for us.. we were there alot visiting our stuff and always Shawn and Co. were pleasant to talk to , very friendly, Professional and super customer service oriented ! The grounds and units are kept clean - almost like a lil paradise.. their dogs and kitties are adorable as well. I will definitely miss dropping by 49er.. the prices are competitive as well. We will highly

Just moving into town, from the east coast, I needed reassurance and ease in finding a good place for my collectibles. I have to point out first and foremost the facility was welcoming just when parking. Shawn made me feel like I’ve been in Placerville my entire life. Management at the storage unit is simply fantastic! You couldn't ask for a more aware or helpful person to deal with! The units are big and dry and very much more affordable than the other storage units in our area! Highly recommend

Good location. Nice care taker. RODENT FREE! No mice at all. Plenty of cats to take care of that. Fair prices, and online pay. I have been with them for 2 years

Best thing about this place is Patty, the manager. Personable yet very efficient. The place is clean and easy to access. The website leaves something to be desired--black lettering over a photo doesn't provide much info, plus the phone reservation system was a joke.

Pat is awesome!. This is our second time renting a unit there. Service is excellent. Happy to recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely Amazing Facility.
We had an Emergency Move & Patty brought the stress level down to almost zero.
Wouldn’t change locations for half the price for double the space.

Very easy experience, clean, neat and great people to deal with. Patty is great, explained the rules, accommodated my schedule, done deal !
