We had the opportunity of working with Emily Valdez on the sale of our home. Emily is the real deal! She did everything she promised and then some. I sold a home in Placerville but I live in the Bay Area. She was there for every inspection , repair, appraisal, etc. She took all the stress out of the process. Because she is a local, she was aware of things that an out of the area agent might not know. Emily recently sold my families’ long-time Camino home. I was convinced that it was not a great time to sell in a downward Market like this. As such, Emily was the third agent I hired to sell the home. She treated my property with respect and dignity where it felt others had simply listed it and ignored my requests for constant communication. Emily kept her word and let me know everyone that entered the home and checked on the homes security each day until it sold. Emily did not pressure me to lower the homes previously listed price, she believed in its value but insisted on marking the property with her own staging, video and professional photography at NO extra cost to me. It looked like a completely new home compared to the last two listings. The evidence of her diligent marketing was manifest in us negotiating and selecting an offer that eventually led to the final sale of my property. I highly recommend Emily Valdez and her team of marketing professionals. I have very high expectations and she proved herself to not only be an Agent with vast experience. BUT most importantly! an agent with Honesty and Integrity which are rare skills these days. An Agent who that really CARES!

Not only did I find my forever realtor but gained a personal friend as well, not sure many people can say that!
