Placerville Self Storage

I was checking on prices and had some questions for storage for a possible clean out in the future. The first place I called here in EDC(place will be nameless) and the person I spoke with was less than helpful, I felt like I was interrupting a break. So I asked my questions and decided to check out another place. I talked to Michelle and right away I felt at ease. She answered all my questions, told me my options and was incredibly helpful and cheerful. I always shout out when I’ve experienced a positive experience, excellent customer service is rare these days, so I wanted to recognize Michelle and the business.

The storage facility is located in a safe location and very clean. The gates are well placed and management and employees are very friendly and professional. I would recommend this facility for anyone who needs a unit and the prices are very reasonable!

The Ladies Jen and Michelle were a great help! I was so nervous about putting my whole 2 bed/2 bath home into a 10x10 storage unit was nerve wracking for me. Afraid what if it got broken into damaged in some way. They both relieved me of my worries. They always have smiles and laughter in the office. I love how it’s gated and they have multiple cameras. I like how clean the property is as well. I feel confident in leaving my stuff in storage and I am glad I made the choice I did. I appreciate their kind words and great attitudes.I am beyond happy with their customer service!

Wonderful experience switched my last facility to this place mainly cause of the top notch customer service I always am taken care of anytime I have and questions or concerns Jennifer the on site manager is always very pleasant to help us out and is very patient and always has a great attitude whenever we come in actually all the staff are very friendly I would recommend placerville self storage to anyone who is looking for a clean secure and very friendly place to keep their property safe I love coming in every month to pay my bill and always leave feeling appreciated unlike other places this facility really knows how to treat their customers I can't say enough good things about the way we are treated here and if anyone has had issues with other storage facilities such as we have in the past then i recommend that you come down and see Jennifer in the office and allow her to demonstrate how it should always be when it comes to great customer service and very friendly and professional service keep up the great work ladies you for sure have won my service and we look forward to future business with you thanks for all the effort put forth in making us feel so welcomed and appreciated

Jeff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Made our experience very quick and easy. 10/10 recommend to anyone in the market for storage needs. Incredible prices on indoor and outdoor units. 5x5 - 10x35 units available. Huge savings for first month. Very reasonable prices for protection plans. Not to mention their BOXES ARE A FANTASTIC PRICE!! Late night gate hours which is awesome for late night workers.

Met with Jennifer today to rent a storage space and she was great. She explained how it all worked and gave us a lift to the size storage we needed. All in all, a great experience and we highly recommend them!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, I can leave my valuable items without the worry of theft cause the property manager is very good at her job, i like that not anyone can just go into the storage yard, only people with a unit and gate code may enter witch gives me a great sense of security, would definitely recommend over any other storage facility!

The two women that helped me with my storage unit were so helpful. I’m moving and need storage while I make my transfer. They have worked me and have and continue to be thoughtful and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend using this storage center.

Jason and Jeffrey, the property managers, are exceedingly helpful!! I organized my move from out of town. When I arrived at the facility, they had their manual back gate open for the big moving truck carrying my things. The move went off without a glitch. The unit was clean. All my things are in the unit safe and secure. A big thank you to Jason and Jeff!! I will be sure to tell my friends how pleasant of experience I had at Placerville Self Storage!!!

AMAZING!! The staff was wonderful, supportive and made for such a great experience on a stressful day! We spent all day supporting a client to clear his unit and transition to a smaller one. I met with Jennifer and Michelle to coordinate the transfer of units and go over details. They were both very friendly and helpful! Michelle supported us in looking at different size units for the change and going over pricing. Jennifer even brought us water out as it was very hot that day. Towards the end of the there was still some things we were going to throw out and I let Jennifer know I’d come by to pick it up in the morning as the dump was closing for the day. She was so friendly and kind and offered to take care of the remaining items so I didn’t have to drive all the way back in the morning. I cannot recommend this business enough! The management goes above and beyond and works to support unit renters to the best of their ability. I am very grateful to have worked with these ladies yesterday! It was a very stressful day and the support of the staff made all the difference for us. THANK YOU!!

Well managed and easy to sign a contract for a storage shed. Property is clean and well supervised.

They're online website makes it extremely easy to rent a unit from them. Also to make payments online is very simple process, not complicated at all! Also they're on site employees are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be sometimes my gate code doesn't always work.

Clean units with easy access, very kind professional staff, and a convenient location.

The property manager Jennifer Banzer is amazing! She is so kind, fair and reasonable and has helped me so much in a really hard time in my life.

Placerville Self Storage is a phenomenal facility with many amenities and clean units of all dimensions. The on site Manager Jenn was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to bend over backwards to make renting a storage unit fast and easy. Thank you Jenn for your superb assistance we know we are in good hands with you.

Super amazing staff, I had an emergency and had to access my unit but it was past closing time but the on site staff told me to swing by anyway and they would let me in. You can't beat good service, 5 stars all the way!
