Lauralee and Dan were amazing throughout our entire first purchase of a home. They answered all questions promptly and completely. They went out of their way to look up anything that we asked them. When we didn't understand what they meant, they were more than willing to use laymen's terms so that we were comfortable with what we were signing.
There was never any pressure to pick a house and they patiently waited for us to walk through a house, no rushing through.
What could have been a nightmare was more like hanging out with a friend who was helping us choose a home.
