Pizza Factory

The Pizza Factory was Awesome, we had my daughter's rehearsal lunch there. The prices were reasonable. They had a spot all set up for us. The food was ready just after we got there. The staff was patient and very accommodating. They were on it!! They helped make an emotional day better by doing everything they said they wood to make the luncheon hassle free. Great place, friendly people, and great pizza!!

Went for pizza and Karaoke on a Saturday night. Great family atmosphere...all ages had a blast from Grandma to little kids. Great service. Salads on the menu AND salad bar; I had a delicious Greek salad. Pizza was good with generous toppings. The bar-b-que chicken was a favorite at our table.

I went here for my niece's 4th birthday. Fun was had by all. Attentive staff with positive attitudes. Spills were cleaned up promptly (4 year olds), and the small game area was perfect for the kids. The birthday girl didn't want to leave.

I love the family and friendly atmosphere they have a very nice restaurant wonderful staff. We were served by Larry such an amazing person friendly and positive attitude. Made us feel very welcomed and gave us an a 5 star service.

They have karaoke night. People sing like pros.

Cute little pizza place! Me and my boyfriend went on Halloween and all the workers were dressed up and feeling the holiday spirit, it was pretty cool. We went for the lunch buffet, but it just ended. So we were able to get two small pizzas for almost the same price. The pizza was great!! The cheese is my favorite, it's so mouthwatering!! Also, a good bonus is the really cool arcade it has! $10 goes a looooong way for two people. Great place, nice people, quiet and cozy. Definitely going to be my place I go for great pizza.

The pizza is so good here and it's the cleanest restaurant they really have a lot of pride that shows through. The owners are great and always trying to have fun events. There is an arcade in the back for the kids to go play. It's easily visible from your table so you can enjoy pizza and watch the kids.

The pizza taste amazing the staff was great I highly recommend it

Service was good, was greeted with a smile.
The pizza here is some serious stuff, it made my tongue sing and my stomach beg for more.
Lobby is pretty kept up and clean.
Clean male bathroom.

Owner - Terri: I am very particular about customer service.
You not only brought a smile to my face but you also became very personable with us, it made us feel very welcomed thank you.

I love it when I'm greeted by Maddie. She is not only super sweet, she's professional and very attentive to her customers requests. Example: I always ask for lime with a Corona. At times, they haven't had limes. So now, Maddie makes it a point to make sure there are limes there for me when I come in on Saturdays and will run to the store if necessary to get them for me. That kind of customer service is rare
these days. Everyone that works there is super nice but i gotta give Maddie huge kudos for going the extra mile and always taking such great care of everyone. It makes it worth it to come out in this cold weather when you're treated like you're something special.🥰 Food is just as great as the service. The vege pizza with garlic sauce is my favorite, but everything I've eaten there has been really good! So a big thanks to all the peeps at Pizza Factory:) Also, thank you to Ellen Range, the Karaoke Queen!

Best Pizza ever! Didn't really think it would be that good because I had company and it was 1/2 Hawaiian 1/2 Pepperoni w/white sauce. Seriously every slice was gone in minutes! I'll be doing Pizza Factory again SOON! PS. The delivery people have always been very kind and patient. I have a very irritating barker, and they never seem to even mind. Thank you guys, your the BEST!

Absolutely love the pizza here! Was in recently on a karyoke night. I'm not much into karaoke myself but everyone seemed to be having a great time which was nice to see. Very lively! The wait for the pizza I ordered to go took a little longer than other pizza palors but we'll worth the wait. The Staff was very attentive and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Great food, great atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. You feel at home and treated like part of the family. Would definitely recommend giving it a try. Saturday night karaoke is a blast! Thanks Dave and Terri for making my experience so enjoyable.

Fantastic pizza, excellent customer service. We are occasional customers of this Pizza Factory and always enjoy their food. Last night I placed an on-line order and made an error. I called the store and they corrected the error, but when my son picked up the order there had been another error made. I called the store, they were quick to fix the problem and make sure I was happy with the outcome. Thank you Terry for the great customer service!
