I was referred to Dr. Goodis by another clinic. Alittle nervous and stressed I called and made the appointment. Although I was given an appointment in August the receptionist called me a few days later with a cancellation. They got me in very quickly. Dr Goodis was both professional and personable. Excellent service and and staff.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with Diamond Springs Dental. I had to have a tooth extracted and a dental implant placed. Liz, the office manager, was incredibly friendly and professional in honoring a special rate I came across. Dr. Napoli and his assistant, Bouchra, were THE BEST! Incredibly kind, patient, professional, empathetic and funny! Dr. Napoli is so knowledgeable about so many different things and he was incredibly attentive to my discomfort level, stopping frequently to ask me if I was okay and quickly administering more novocaine, if necessary. He explained what he was doing and various sensations I may feel. He even played my favorite music during both the extraction and then the final placement of the titanium implant! I was put at ease throughout the entire procedure. The final process of the dental implant was handled by a prosthodontist right at Diamond Springs Dental, Dr. Amato. Again, she was equally professional, kind and her attention to detail in fitting the final crown was much appreciated. She wasn't 100% comfortable with the look and fit, so she had the crown returned to the lab for adjustment. Again, from the minute I walked through the doors at Diamond Springs Dental, to the time my new tooth was in place, I experienced nothing but friendly faces and the utmost professionalism. I would HIGHLY recommend them for dental implant procedures.

These folks were very nice all around, very helpful, called me as soon as an appointment cancelled to offer me the opening. I had a tooth extracted and the dentist did a great job making sure I was comfortable and numb, and did excellent work. A day later the pain I've been living with is gone. Nice people. They are a little busy but handle it well. This is not a place to go for amenities. It's a great place for affordable quality dental work.

My daughter was a patient here, well, not anymore. I would make appointments for her dental needs, and the staff would cancel or reschedule not once, but several times there is a reason why we make appointments because we as parents work and also if you guys are short staff there is this word call management arrangement have some one cover or figure out how to solve the problem or better yet close the dawm dental facility and make room for somebody new that wants to improve thank you...

My kid was a patient here many years ago. Then because we missed one appointment for the first time in four years, they said we can no longer be seen there, claiming it's the insurance's policy. I called the insurance company and talk to a specialist who confirmed it is not their policy but it's the dental office's. However my kid and I always had great experiences and loved how great they were with w/ kids. They were always nice, professional people and did good work. Well five years down the road now, my son's going back there again because I was able to get his doctor to refer him to their office just so we could go there instead out of all the other horrible ones we tried. (sorry for such the run on) Well the joke was on me because this place has changed so much. They must pay the hygienist and receptionist horrible pay because they are awful. The hygienist is very nice but just not that good at what she does and the receptionist, she is just rude as can be. The whole place seems to give out that burnt out impression and it feels like they just are just in it for a quick buck now. The vibe says they don't really care how well the work is done or how people are treated since they take people with low income insurance. It really is a shame. *(***The female dentist doesn't apply to any of this. She's great and why we wanted to go there in the first place. Yet haven't been scheduled with her even once.) DESPITE IT ALL, I STILL TAKE MY KID BACK SINCE THEY'RE STILL BETTER THAN THE OTHERS AVAILABLE TO LOW INCOME, SADLY.

I would not recommend this place for adults LET ALONE CHILDREN. I took my 11 year old here for two fillings the female dentist was so beyond rude and unprofessional. She did not use numbing gel on my son she dove right in with the needle and was aggressive and hurt him. She then argued with me about me comforting my son. I would never take my son back there EVER! (There is literally only two nice people who work there and it’s one receptionist up front and ONE dental assistant. Everyone else is so rude. They are very understaffed. I took my husband for an emergency extraction he walked away with 3 tooth extractions the male dentist wanted to take more. He was the only dentist bouncing quite literally from room to room for over two hours before he got to my husband. He “forgot” to use numbing gel on two of the extraction sights and was joking about it, again these people apparently like to just stab people with needles aggressively without numbing them. He then joked about literally everything he was doing. His dental assistant was the sweetest woman however I didn’t catch her name. SHE had to tell the dentist what to do and what tools to use. He needs to retire immediately before he has a lawsuit. He then JOKED ABOUT CUTTING INTO MY HUSBANDS BONE. This was the craziest, most horrifying experience we have had with any office. I then called him for stronger antibiotics and he treated the conversation as if it was about narcotics. It was bizarre. When I asked him what he was prescribing he hung up on me. Pride and an ego like that when you are working on something so sensitive like people’s mouths let alone children IS SO SCARY! Time to retire! If you have more appointments then your staff can handle - don’t put your patients at risk. DO BETTER! BE MORE PROFESSIONAL COLLECTIVELY! “Bed side manner” on level negative -100!

I had a medical emergency and they refused to take me. I live in Grizzly Flats and they are the closet that take my insurance and will not see me due to being over 21 years old. Not sure why adults are denied medical care but we are. Also I believe it is law to except medical emergency for dentist offices.

I will never take my daughter back there! The dentist was very unprofessional and rude to my daughter. We left before he could put his hands on my daughter. Side note, the front staff were all very kind and professional. Find another dentist!
