McDonald's Golden Center

The employees at this McDonald’s are so friendly. Nowadays, it’s hard to find anyone who is friendly at fast food establishments even though they’re getting paid double what I made for minimum wage. I really appreciate how positive and kind the employees are at this specific McDonald’s. Thank you for spreading kindness.

I went inside. Very clean. Nice staff. And the cheeseburger was very good. There was a nice amount of onion bits, which added to the flavor.

Using the self Check out kiosk is convenient, especially when you have limited time, in the morning, in general the staff was friendly and attentive if we needed anything or if we ran into an issue using the kiosk.

The one thing I noticed about this McDonald's which seems to be lacking from many other locations nowadays, is that the employees there actually say "thank you!". They are kind and courteous efficient in their job duties and the drive-thru runs like a well oiled machine!

Food and service was good but what’s making give this 5 star review is because of the area coach (I believe that’s who she was) she over heard my daughter ask me if I can buy her a happy meal toy and I told her no because I didn’t have the money to buy it so a few minutes later she brought my daughter and my son a happy meal toy and also gave me a gift card for their restaurant. She went out of her way to give my kids something to smile about and I loved that.

McDonalds in Placerville always delivers. I can't believe the professionalism and cleanliness of both stores for a fast food chain. I crave McDonalds once in a while and probably go twice a month. It's always consistent with fantastic service 👏

Always pretty good. I use the McDonald's app to I guess save a little money. Kinda expensive but Idk maybe that's because I'm homeless and broke who knows we'll see. I don't like pickles, but I always forget to remove the pickles on the app when I order, so I just pick them off and throw them away unless someone wants them in which case I sell them for $.50 cents each, hey you gotta make a living somehow and if I can make a return on my investments I damn will. Anyway, if your husband or wife needs to eat because they're getting too skinny or are diabetic then I suggest you grab them some mcdonalds fast because it could save their life. Thanks mcdonalds for saving lives and making me wealthy on pickels.

I couldn't believe how fast the service was. Usually I have to wait for my order. This time the order was up right before I sat down to wait. The food was good and hot 🔥 this time too.

This McDonald's is super consistent with their food. I've seen a lot of people come and go there, but their always friendly. Things can get a little slow at the drive thru sometimes, but with coronavirus complications to staffing, it is completely and perfectly understandable. My son says they always have consistently the best nuggets.

With the exception of the kiosk, from which the customer ORDERS AND PAYS, the experience over all was one satisfactory McDonald's visit.
The staff is VERY friendly, courteous, and willing to help immediately, so as to remedy any customer dissatisfaction.

I ordered earlier today amd was welcomed with a warm greeting at the drive thru. She asked how i was doing and sounded very enthusiastic, just full of energy and joy. She was at the drive thru window and welcomed me with a smile, a younger girl with blue and burgundy hair. I love her customer service!

Most mornings I grab a coffee from this location. It's a great start to my days. I do have to give huge props to Sue who works at this location. She is the part of my visits that stands out. She is always extremely friendly and greets me with her name and sincere good mornings. I really appreciate her customer service. It's rare that you find customer service like that. I hope you get a chance to meet her on your next visit. Tell her Batman says hello.

What makes this McDonald's so great is the guy that works the drive thru, he is McTastic! He's up beat and just fun to interact with.

Best customer experience I've had at a restaurant in a long time the crew bent over backwards to help us out and did it with a smile on their face I could tell even though they are all wearing masks! Thanks again!!
