H&R Block

As usual going to H&R Block to do my taxes is not stressful at all... I get all my ducks in a row and they process my returns, state and federal... I am in and out in short order... The people there are very knowledgeable... I can't ask for anything more... THANK YOU all for the GREAT service...

I had a great experience at the Placerville H&R Block. I was checked in kindly. The people leaving while I was waiting were complaining about the price of it when getting checked out and the girl at the front desk, as well as the manager Theresa handled it so well and were kind to the people regardless of them being rude. It is so worth spending the money (really not that much) to have a professional help you and make sure that you are doing everything correctly. Patricia helped me and did a wonderful job, was so kind, and made sure to walk me through all the steps so I understood what each thing meant. There was a different lady working the front desk as I was leaving, and she as well was so kind and helpful.

Katie was so helpful and didn't make me feel like a failure at my life, very kind and knowledgeable woman.

This is my second year getting help from the Placerville branch. Stacia is my tax expert and she has gone above and beyond in order to get all the information needed to properly complete our taxes. Thank you!

Never doing my taxes online again having them do it all was easy. All I had to do was provide all my documents needed.

Very nice person helping me but way to pricey.i have been going to h&r for 5 years but it's so pricey I think next year for the first time I will turbo tax .I love how easy and nice everyone is .but how much it is to have it done is kinda crazy it should be based on what they do for you .my taxes are fast and easy .

My tax preparer is amazing and makes sure I'm taken care of. Also, I have been going to this office for over 10 years.

The turnaround was fast (same day) and even after I had missed my appt. And the submittal to the Fed government was the same day.
