The rent is reasonable considering the kind of living offered, and the amenities are excellent. It has the atmosphere of a community where you're more than just a resident—you're a member of something unique.

We traveled and lived in a few different areas before settling down in Crest View Mobile Home Park. We realized from away that this would be our permanent home. Both the other residents and the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. There's so much more to the park than just a place to live. We can't fathom wanting to relocate at any point.

Oh my Goodness! I almost hate to say anything about this spot, so it won't become cityfied. It is this quiet, charming, private, little mobile home park for seniors that is a doggie heaven too. I was trying to purchase a mobile home and I wanted it so badly but an ill family member took a turn for the worse so buying for me is not an option right now.
Friendly people, and admin., And views of nature, believe it or not. Low monthly space fees. Shhhhhh.... I want to live there one day and I don't want it to change.
