Cacey was amazing. She was patient with me when I had little information to go on, and she lead me to an answer to a problem with a fifth wheel water heater. I was extremely pleased. As a plumbing contractor who rarely works on RVs or trailers, I applaud the customer service at this business.

Cheapest propane fill in el dorado county. Great service, quick stop, good rates, accept public assistance vouchers, all around honest company. Highly recomend. Closed weekends and holidays.

We contacted this company because we were on the road and our battery that was 6 months old was dead and leaking. They helped us get a new battery and a refund for our defective battery. They received no compensation for their efforts. They are honest, reliable, helpful and efficient. We highly recommend this company.

I needed a hose to connect my 5ga propane tank to my Colman camper stove during the great power outage of winter '21. They had it. And they fill propane tanks for a very reasonable price. Knowledgeable staff too. I wouldn't have found that hose without help

These guys did great work on my custom axe throwing trailer. Quick work and always informed me and asked how I'd like to proceed on things they found. They were very professional and thorough. I'd definitely recommend them for and trailer or RV needs 👍

Idle wheels in my opinion is the go to place for RV stuff in this area. They have a great stock of parts and almost everything you need with out the extra plates for sale like other places. The staff is great and got me the spear tire and wheel for my Toy Hauler when other places could not. Thank you guys so much for everything and I’ll miss you all but when I’m back I’ll be sure to see you again. Traveling Journeyman Lineman.

Excellent Customer Service from experienced and knowledgeable staff. Great price for propane, paid $1.99 today. Nice to see some businesses are not price gouging during a challenging time. Be careful , tight parking on extremely busy street.

They changed my 2" ball to my new Trailer hitch for free. The other place in town wanted to charge me $60 It pays to check shops out over the phone. While I was there I bought some special levelers and stops for my new trailer at a very fair price. I have been going to them in the past because they have the best price for filling up small propane bottles. I would recommend this company hands down through the best for service.

Outstanding service keep up the good work

I had a problem with the trailer brake connection to my truck. After they tested the connection it was determined that there was an issue with the trailer possibly the brake magnets. I was planning to not get my trailer back for about a week and spending big dollars to fix it. I received a call later that same day after dropping it off telling me that it was fixed. They were able to repair a crimp in the brake wiring. Now most places that you take your RV to be repaired probably would stick to the initial estimate or even tack on a few bucks even though the cost to fix was much less. Not Idle wheels!! They were honest and informative. Only charging me for the simple repair which meant less $$$$. Can't say enough about this place. If your looking to have repairs to your RV or just need parts, this is the place to go for sure. Great people! Great service!

Lived in my RV for 4 years now. Idle Wheels has pretty much everything you need to maintain an RV, and if they don't, they can order it. GREAT Staff, VERY HELPFUL, They go out of their way to do their jobs and satisfy the customers needs. Never been disappointed in the 3 years I've been going there. From light bulbs to propane, septic solutions to pipe fittings... good prices and great attitudes. Loyal Customer here. Can't give them enough compliments. Just wish they were open more days a week.

I needed to upgrade my Bullet Trailer to 2 batteries from the 1 which it came with. I could not find any reviews of Idle Wheel anywhere else except Google.

After reading the 3 negative reviews I almost decided to look for another RV place to do the work, but thought I would at least go into the shop and talk with someone and get a sense of the place.

Upon entering, I found 3 men behind the counter. I was helped immediately by one gentleman and he proved to be informative and helpful. He quoted a price of about $315 and estimated that the work could be done in one day.

I made an appointment and brought in my trailer at 9:00 the next Monday. I got a phone call at about 11:00 that it was completed. I came back and found that the bill was less than the estimate at $290.00.

They offered to hitch it up for me after I paid the bill.

This is a good shop and I will take all my work from now on to them.

These guys rock, ask for Mark. Very knowledgeable and prices are well worth buying local vs internet. I run a small business and buy most all my supplies and rv stuff from them. Excellent shop!

It is so nice to find an honest, helpful, and knowledgeable person that you can drive away from your service repair feeling like you got truly taken care of. After years of horrible service at Camping World in Vacaville, Chad is a breath of fresh air. Thanks for excellent service on our RV.
