The Ugly Mugs' Coffee and Tea

LOVE THIS PLACE! They have delicious coffees and pastries! The staff and owner are sincerely the sweetest people and it's always a pleasant place to visit. I also have nothing but praises for the quality of their ingredients. I always try to stop by and pick up some sweet treats whenever I visit my friend who is gluten intolerant because they stock up on their gluten free goodies.

Support local business. This little shop had such great green tea my daughter ordered a second one for the road. Service was quick and pleasant. The floor and tables were very clean and the overall feel was that it is well maintained. The atmosphere is lighter than the chain competition but it is definitely somewhere you can sit and visit with someone and feel good about the experience.

Coffee is great! And the owner is cool and fun to talk to when we go in. There is a great assortment of pastries and I recommend the lemon blueberry scone and the venom cold brew or iced lavender latte. Yummy! Support local and check them out. ☕

Great place! Super friendly owners, and awesome coffee. They have a wonderful assortment for coffee, espresso and tea lovers, and more, and an accomodating variety of local handmade baked goods. Whether you want something unique or classic, this is the spot to go. Nicely decorated inside, spaceous and welcoming. I'd recommend this place to locals and visitors alike!

Awesome! I loved the local flair and fare. It's nice to have a quality choice and not be forced into "corporate coffee". Stop here and spend some time in Placerville. It's way nicer than South Lake, take it from a fourth generation native.

Group stopped here on our journey back from Tahoe, got 7 drinks and 2 pastries, everything was amazing and the people here are wonderful. Highly recommend and this is gonna be a new staple for NorCal trips

The best iced white mochas around!! And littke sweet treats for an afternoon "pick me up" plus healthy snacks too!!

The baked goods here are absolutely delicious, out of this world!!! Friendly and wonderful staff, including the baker! Highly recommend.
