Youust take care of the bathrooms situation! The homeless are using it as residence. Please put a code on like in Sacramento for the bus drivers to keep them out. We were unable to use it because they didn't want to get out and then it was filthy. Please take care of this !

Had a torn knee called dispatch to have them hold bus for me to cross major intersection. Dispatch was rude and said what makes you think your special? She then said no and hung up on me. I can't believe they wouldn't wait 30 seconds. Left me 10 feet away from the bus and had to call the school to hold my daughter as I missed being able to meet her at the bus station from school. Completely rude.
