I had not been here for service in some time for my 2002 Forester with 311,000 miles. We were having it serviced by private mechanics that were more convenient and reputable, who have since closed. When the engine light went on, I called SS Subaru for an appointment. Once they diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate and said they had the parts needed, I decided to wait for the repair. The Service Advisor took me to their very comfortable waiting lounge. My wait time was less than expected and I felt the charge was fair. Everything was pleasant and we were given observations of other things that needed attention. I still Love my Subaru and appreciate SS Subaru for caring, as well.

I want to thank Chuck in the service department. You were professional and truthful every step of the way. You went above and beyond.

By far the best experience I've had with any dealer service shop. Not trying to sell useless work, and they got an expensive repair covered under warranty when our warranty had already expired.

Bought a Subaru Outback from this location in the summer and everyone was so helpful—advising us on insurance and then, when we needed it, helping me file a claim and set up the appointment for repairs.

Was able to get some OEM parts I needed to finish up a timing belt on my 2010 Forester and ALSO a couple of torque specs from the mechanics on duty that I was having trouble finding. Thanks guys.
