The spam and kimchi sandwich was of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! The menu is extremely creative and the flavour combinations worked so well. It was a really hefty sandwich packed with ingredients, and seemed to be put together with a lot of care. I would love to come back and try the other sandwiches! Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

I have been here a handful of times, whenever I happen to be anywhere close. I absolutely love how randomly delicious the menu is.
Today my wife had a Spam Kimchi sandwich while I had Meat Lovers Pizza with Ranch sandwich, and of course the Crazy Tots are amazing too!

This place has the most creative menu I’ve ever seen in a sandwich shop, the imagination/originality on par with high end dining. Folks there are nice, service is quick, plenty of outdoor dining options. Seriously tho, these people do not miss.

This place is incredibly legit - I can’t say enough good things about the food / service. If you go here - toy won’t regret it!

11/10 - taste. These sandwiches are so unique and have so much thought put into them
10/10 - service. Local family run for a while and sons owner so friendly
10/10 - value. Honestly I think they could charge more for the quality - portions are huge and price is low.
10/10 - creativity. Of food and the rotating menu seriously is so impressive for a small shop

Timmys is my new favorite women owned restaurant in placerville. Our boba steak sandwich was so good to eat after I recovered from the aneurism I suffered from reading the menu. On top of the food quality, the graphic design on the signage was unmatched. The male owner of this woman owned restaurant was also very friendly and helpful. We will be coming back!

Even though it took 45mins to get the sandwiches, it worth! (They give you an alarm so you can explore while you are waiting) we got chicken satay and banh mi, and both were very flavorful. I recommend chicken satay more. It has caramelízales flavor, and sth crunchy inside.

Excellent execution of taste bud tantalizations! I had the Apple Corned Beef 🍖 and It was absolutely amazing! Came on a Dutch crunch roll and included coleslaw, blueberries, apple slices, microgreens, and love! You can definitely tell there is a great attention to detail when it comes to not only the menu selection but the execution of said menu items! :-) also the portions are generous I basically now have two meals from one which is a great value! Great job guys thank you I will definitely be dining here again soon!

I cannot believe I am only just now trying this sandwich shop. Be far the BEST SANDWICHES EVERRR!!!! The gentleman working behind the counter were awesome and the sandwiches believe it or not were even better!!! Each and every sandwich came PACKED with sooo many ingredients, the flavors melded sooo well (and the sandwich was never even close to falling apart)! Great job guys keep doing what you are doing!! We'll be back soon!!!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could, they’ve got the best sandwiches I’ve ever had anywhere. And after decades of traveling that says a lot. I ordered the honey walnut prawns sandwich, and my wife had the chicken sandwich; it was enough for two meals each . Very unique sandwiches and very delicious.

This place will challenge your idea of what should (or even could) be put in a sandwich, in the best way possible. It's outdoor seating only so bring a coat if visiting in the cooler months.

Do yourself a favor and go here and get the Bahn Mi! The service is incredible first and foremost and the sandwich was ridiculously good. If you think it's just a sandwich shop you're wrong... While enjoying my meal with a couple of coworkers we talked to the gentleman across from us and he traveled up from the Bay area to see what the hype was and he was enjoying every bite!

My sister from Pennsylvania and I have a tradition to stop in on her visits to NorCal for Timothy’s amazing bologna sandwich's. This year they weren’t on the menu but they made two special just for us. Amazing as usual and a big thanks for making our lunch that much more special!!

If in doubt, the Chicken Satay sandwich is divine.

One of the most creative and fun-filled dining experiences I have ever had. Tim really pushes the boundaries of what you can put into a sandwich. His creations astound the mind and palette and make it so challenging to select a sandwich from the menu as you'll want to try so many of the different creative concoctions he's derived. Imagine taking a signature dish from cuisines around the world pairing it with an array of sauces and even snack foods from that region and putting that all in a sandwich. The man is a creative genius.

We had the honey walunut prawn sandwich, the cauliflower 65, and Madras Curry fries.

A must try! Little spot located in the heart of old town Placerville right off the main strip. Found this place on Yelp and I'm glad I went. I had the "Picnic Sandwich" and it was really good. I'm definitely going back to try a bunch of the other sandwiches like the fried oyster and their version of a PB&J. All of their sandwiches have unique names and ingredients. I'll definitely be back with friends and family. The service is also very good and friendly!

This place is on another level compared to other sandwich spots. Their flavors and menu options are all interesting and delicious. Where else can you choose a sandwich from 6+ distinct cultures? Their customer service is on point and everyone working there is super friendly. Guaranteed we’ll be back here next time we’re in Placerville.

Hella good hole in the wall sandwiches and super nice staff! Be sure to run a marathon before eating here, because these sandwiches are hefty bois! So good, will be coming back. :)

Unbelievably good sandwiches. So creative. I had the biscuits and grave sandwich. The bread was perfectly toasted. The gravy was creamy. The buscuits were a little crunchy. The best sandwich I've ever had.

Oh man, we’re still talking about this place 2 years later. Tiny hole in the wall, but tons of creativity in their sandos. Lots of variety. Great lunch stop while driving up to Tahoe.

What an amazing little restaurant! The menu is ecclectic but familiar, in every way. The prices are very reasonable. The great bunch of guys behind the counter put an epic amount of attention into their cuisine. If you are ever in Placerville, don't miss this hidden gem.
