Sharon the front desk clerk was very kind and thoughtful in helping us get a room there at the motel. And when we came back for several nights due to that we just moved into our apartment, and we didn't have our furnitures or bed yet so we went back and stayed for a fee more night even after our furniture arrived we still didn't have a bed, as they put us up for 4 nights.. I would recommend this motel to my friends that are looking to stay somewhere! Very nice and clean and very helpful...

Could use some upgrades but overall was a great deal for the price paid and had no issues with our stay. The lady at front desk was a dream, great customer service. Close to anything you might need and perfectly situated for an easy stop on the way to Tahoe (which is what we did). Would stay again!

Customer service was amazing and the rooms were pretty nice for the price that was being charged. Real close to a lot of the businesses and downtown.

Front desk lady was an absolute dream. She is so nice and friendly made me feel extremely welcome. Whatever she's getting paid she needs a $5 raise asap! I've never met a front desk lady as nice as her. My room was very clean and tidy. No complaints at all and also extremely good prices. I'll definitely be back again.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights, the checking in staff was super nice and welcomed me with a smile. The rooms are older but very clean and it had everything that I would need, the sheets and towels smelled so so good, the bathroom was scrubbed clean as well. I stayed two nights but the room was cleaned each day.

I only wish that there were curtains on the rooms not only the heavy curtains becasue I wanted the natural light to be in the room but that meant that every single person walking by could look into my room and in the morning , when I was getting ready , the heavy curtains had to stay closed.

Please note there is no pool in this location.

We stayed there in our way to Tahoe. It was very affordable and the front desk lady was super friendly we arrived at 11pm .
I highly recommend for someone that wants a affordable place to sleep right off the highway

Very nice for the price! I read some reviews that said there were only 2 plug outlets, that they didn't supply soap or shampoo, and the beds were uncomfortable... I don't know if I just got lucky but there was a super comfy Bed ,lots of outlets and soap and shampoo. Oh yeah someone said there was no hair dryer but there is one in my room. Everything looks brand-new and the microwave and fridge are a nice touch. Sharon and daughter Rebecca do a great job in the office and are very nice. I will definitely book here again!

The manager Sharon is extremely helpful and organized. Our construction crew has stayed off and on for months and have always had a positive experience. Would recommend if you are looking for a clean economical stay.

Absolutely wonderful service and the room was very spacious. The walls were a bit thin and I could hear my neighbors in the morning, but I would gladly come back.

Super clean little hotel. Is at the end of the road by a grocery outlet and close to the downtown area. The view out the back window is awesome. Huge trees and a little creek of sorts running behind it. It started snowing while we were there and luckily there is an awesome heater in the room because it was freezing outside. Next time we are coming this way we will stay here again.

Little hotel right off the freeway! What it lacks in amenities, it more than makes up in cleanliness and friendliness of staff. My wife and I stayed for 2 days for a quick getaway, will do so again (very soon)! I highly recommend this hotel!!!!

I just moved to Placerville from Tampa, FL 5 days ago and planned on going straight up the mountain to our new home....BUT the Universe had other plans and we ended up needing to stay in a hotel. We have been here since we arrived in Cali (a few more days left) and I just HAD to write this review. Sharon is the GM and she is AMAZING! The room is very clean, especially the bathroom, my family and I are probably the loudest on the property lol There's 6 of us and there hasn't been a single issue with us getting extra towels and rags or even a broom and dust pan at 9 at night. I definitely recommend this place if you're in the area or have family visiting.

I travel for a living and have stayed in hotels 150 nights last year so I know what I'm talking about. I am NOT saying this hotel is a five star hotel but what I am saying it is 5 stars for the value. The family who runs it is very nice, the building is very clean, very well lit at night, the rooms are clean inside. The price is right! No sketchey people. What else could you ask for in a roadside motel?

Wonderful place staff and house cleaning make it a must to stay when I'm working near them . I'd travel 1 haft hours to work just to stay here.
Manement & owner I've met personally, I've stayed at a lot of motels and never have felt more at home . Plus if your having problems they don't take it lightly, it's resalved quickly and perfessanal .

Front desk was very polite and accommodating as we were late-night check-ins. Rooms were clean. Amenities were about what'd you expect from a budget motel. Great value!

Such a Gem of a place. Really Clean, and EVERY one is sooo NICE and Friendly ! And they have alot of channels to pick from on the tv. Lots of good movie channels ! The rooms are very Cozy with COLD AC ! Super clean room and bathroom and shower ! I will be staying HERE ALOT !

Stayed here for a couple days this past weekend while visiting family, had no issues at all. Wifi. HDTV. Mini Fridge. Microwave. Very large bathroom with an extensive shower. The staff was very friendly, thank you again.
