We purchased a new Toyota from Thompsons Auto & Truck Centers last night and we were blown away by the positive experience, so much so that I felt compelled to write this review to tell everyone what we experienced.

I have very high standards and expectations, but they truly exceeded our expectations.

There was no pressure like you normally experience when buying a car. Frankly I put buying a car right up there with going to the dentist and I hate going to the dentist. Our experience last night was very pleasant.

If you haven’t checked out Thompsons, you are missing out. I live in Roseville, and Placerville is a good 45 minute drive, but it’s worth it.

Sold our GMC truck to Thompson’s using the KBB website. Quick response. Easy to do business with.

So helpful when you know nuttin' about cars & try to give you the best deals.

My mom's 2006 Toyota rav4 was in for a re call on rear tie rods and let's just say the tried to charge my mom for a freaking re call they are supposed to fix for free!!!!! Absolutely felt so bad for my mom luckily I wasn't there but my mom told me everything and she is the sweetest person alive. They will try and get every nickel and dime from you PERIOD.
