El Dorado Community Health Centers

Hands down the best medical and dental care I have ever received. New MD’s are very compassionate and qualified. Beautiful new center in Placerville with on-site Quest lab. Pharmacy soon and new eye center for eye checks and glasses which is a plus, I am a senior and don’t want to drive too far.

Dr. Matt Hutchins, FANTASTIC! My doctor is the best. He truly cares about his patients. He listens carefully, never underestimates what you have to say or is a know it all like so many other doctors. I would recommend him to all my friends. Staff and fees are great. Now their call center has poor customer service! I would give them a HIGH 0

When I initially went there Dr. Gaines was very nice and professional as was her staff. The second time I went, was horrible. I had to go up to the desk several times with the receptionist asking....."Who are you again?". The telle-psychiatrist was very unprofessional and from some country that the healthcare company can afford. You can't see him, the screen is black and white and 7". It's like trying to talk to someone from a spaceship. Haven't they heard of skype? He is looking away from the camera and is not very bright for a doctor. He kept asking inappropriate questions, then repeating them back, then smiling at you in a very unsettling way. I thought I was talking to an intern. He didn't even have my past records.
Well, it is 2020 and they have really gotten their act together. I see a real therapist and psychiatrist. Thanks EDCHC!!

Fantastic service from a smart, knowledgeable, caring staff that has the patients' best interest at heart! Doctors were well read and knowledgable about my conditions and the environment is friendly and welcoming!

This building here is part of another an extension to it the people here are very friendly and helpful when it comes to health care and provide you the best service available when possible
