They scheduled a appointment between 2-4pm today. “Technician” called at 2 and said he would be here in 30 minutes. Waited until 4pm and he never showed up or called. Company never called, no one reached out to us. Waisted our whole family’s day… very unprofessional. I wouldn’t let them install a windshield for free after this experience. Not a real company. Very unprofessional answer the phone that I can’t understand. Still not sure what language they speak.
