Dr. Straw’s staff were amazing! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile. The staff explained everything in detail to me prior to having my tooth extracted. Dr. Straw was friendly and knowledgeable and explained the procedure and made sure I did not have any questions. The following day I received a follow up call from the office to make sure I was doing well. I would highly recommend Dr. Straw to anyone needing oral surgery.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Straw and his staff! Each team member made me feel very comfortable and well cared for before and after the surgery - especially Dr. Straw’s assistant, Kim. The scheduling was flexible and they were able to accommodate with our previous plans. Overall it was a good experience, and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

My daughter has huge anxiety for dentists and needles. So when they decided she needed 3 teeth pulled, Dr. Straw was recommended. The staff helped her get through with a variety of methods and anesthesia. She did great and is now healing well. Dr. Straw’s team was so patient and kind with her especially with her stress.

Just had wisdom teeth removal surgery from you guys last week. Everyone was very nice and I felt at ease before the surgery. Just had follow up appointment with Vivi, she was very kind and easy going. Thank you, five stars!

Dr. STRAW and his entire staff are friendly. My extraction was as painless as it possibly could be. The sent my prescription to my pharmacy a couple of days in advance so I did not have to go after the surgery. Absolutely recommend!!

I sure hope Dr.Straw and his staff aren’t planning on retirement anytime soon ! The experience I’ve had every time I’ve gone in for a procedure has been Great! Unbelievable actually! I can’t help sharing with whoever how great of an experience it has been every time I come in ! Very friendly staff and very good at what they do ! My daughter came in for same day preop visit and surgery. We went to the Placerville location because they had a sooner appointment.
The preop experience was great. They were very thorough and explained everything clearly and understandably. The surgery was quick. I felt like I was able to care for my daughter well because of the great preop instructions.
The only negative (which was no fault of the oral surgeons) was getting the prescriptions filled in a timely manner to keep pain under control.
Other than that it was a smooth process and I highly recommended this place!

I had to get my tooth extracted with Dr. Shaw. The procedure was as painless as possible and given options. The front desk and assistants were nice as well. Liked the convenience of being in town so wouldn't hesitate to go back if needed (although personally I hope I won't have to!)

Very attentive staff. Doctor is very thorough and everyone is caring. Both my daughters had their wisdom teeth surgery here. And it was a great experience both times.

I was in intense pain with a cracked tooth and when the office realized I could not wait the week for the next appointment they scheduled me in if I was willing to travel a little further. The communication was clear on the cost and expectations. So far I have been extremely pleased.
