Very easy navigation of my mothers cremation and body transportation after death. I have never been though this process and my mom was handled very professionally I was grateful for all the help and questions answered during such a raw time. My Dear Wife Vivian Parker passed away on Janurary 9, 2023 in Placerville after a long journey with a tough cancer diagnosis and we selected Foothill Cremation services to help with the end-of-life choices we had decided. Foothill Cremation was both highly professional and very compassionate during the cremation process, selection of a beautiful urn and procurment of copies of the certificate of death. In a time that can be challenging to say the least, I was happy to find professional, courteous and empathetic service. My father in law was on end stage hospice. When I called, Wes was kind enough to go over things over the phone. The day I needed them, Devin was fantastic. Professional, yet understanding, patient and kind. He also matched my pace, and was so appropriate with meeting my emotional needs. Devin, thank you for helping my family and myself through this tough transition. It was truly appreciated.

My son and I were treated respectfully but also friendly. We were free to make our decisions with no salesmen type pressure to just spend more money. The young lady that helped us, I am sorry I don’t have her name handy was professional but joked with us too even though some folks would not appreciate my son’s and my humor under these circumstances. We laugh to keep from crying! Thank you for your skills and understanding.

Devin Reed was Amazing! We were not expecting this death but Devin showed up and took all our worry away he called us thru the whole process the price was affordable especially since this was unexpected. Devon at Foothill Cremation was very personable and sensitive ! He understood what I needed and was honest refunding unnecessary fee that was added before I even questioned it. They want to really help you however they can. I would recommend their service to anyone who just wants cremation and whatever basic needs.
