Western Slope Health Center

I was sent here because I did not have any place to go after my surgery. This gave me a safe place to heal and a place to figure out where to go from here. The care that I have received has been top notch and would recommend to anyone who needs help after a serious medical problem.

A family member had a rehab stay recently. I was impressed with the kindness and patience shown to him by all members of the direct care staff. Everyone I spoke to daily was respectful and courteous. I appreciate the fine care.

I have a very positive experience here at Western Slope. This is my 2nd time here, because I requested to come back when it was necessary. The staff are extremely friendly and professional! I feel loved here. Physical therapy department is outstanding and has helped me immensely.

Wonderful Facility and talented staff. Nursing care is far above average. Sweet and caring and very professional . My father was well care for at Western Slope. The therapy team is awesome. The food although diet regulated was delicious and nutritious. The leadership team is driven to provide the 5 STAR service needed to care for the sick and aged. And my final thoughts go to the caregivers who all work so hard. Like so many, they are kind and loving.

I love being a resident here at Western Slope. I enjoy all our activities that we do, Especially the trip to The county fair. I feel the staff is very professional and friendly .

I had the best care to help me be able to go home after I had back surgery! The occupational therapist gave me such good care and help. The Physical therapist helped me get my strength back to be able to go home safely. Thank you Robin and Brad. The rest of the staff are kind and helpful! Thank you all!!

Thank goodness there are facilities like Western Slope who have a dedicated, professional and caring staff there to help when you need it the most. We need to thank them more than ever, for all they are doing during COVID to take care of our vulnerable seniors and veterans. We appreciate you!

Great community feel here!

My mother was there for 3 weeks after a slight stroke. Food was good sharing a room was close quarters. My mother at 83, understanding where she was at and seeing long term or disabled elderly being so close to rehab was hard on her. Permanent or long term patients should be in the far wings and temporary disabled. Even though my mom had a terminal illness, Physical therapy should have worked with her more, to keep the rest of her life positive.
