Everyone in our Placerville branch are so kind, professional and knowledgeable. Alex and Zack and Nicole and Haley i think is her name take extra time out to help with any needs. Often i can be a little backwards and needy. They are always patient and polite. Thank you so much.

I can tell you first hand, the customer service is top notch at Schools First Credit Union. Because of this, I am forever a loyal and happy member. We had an issues with a late payment and submitted a message to the online Member Advocate Team. To be honest, based on my personal experience with customer service departments nowadays (I am 75 years old and feel customer service is not what it use to be) I did not have high hopes. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I was reassured with my representative and kept up to date on the progress. Not only that, usually I hear "we will get back to you" but my representative said "I will get back to you by noon tomorrow". AND DID WHAT THEY PROMISED! If anything changed, they kept me up to date with the new timeline and progress. I feel at peace and secure with the Schools First Credit Union team as a whole. And am grateful that they treat each member (I am definitely not a huge client, just an average retired male) with respect and integrity. Thank you for what you stand for.

After having a very unsettling experience with my previous bank, U.S bank. I decided to give Schools Credit union a try. The banker Jenny that helped us was very nice handled all my questions and concerns professionally and with great care. Switching banks is usually a pain and something most people dread having to do. I was very satisfied with how fast and smooth it all went and being able to get everything switched to the way I needed it the first time. I have heard many great things so I decided to give it a go. I highly recommended them. And will gladly be choosing them for all financial needs moving forward! It's nice to know we still have great organizations in this small community that we can all rely on! Thank you Schools for going above and beyond to satisfy customers needs!

FIVE STAR RATING! I give it 10+ I worked at a local savings and loan bank for a long time and switched to Schools. I opened several accounts at the Placerville office within 15 minutes! The other bank would have taken over an hour! I am amazed on how quick and efficient the tellers are, l can see that all the employees are happy and enjoy what they are doing, always presenting excellent customer service with the utmost confidence and proud to be the Best! My wife and I were in the Placerville branch the second week of August to discuss loans and Ashly was our officer and she was extremely welcoming and attentive to our needs. This is now our new primary branch. Thank you Ashly and the tellers as well.

The team is always ready to help. I recently did an auto loan with them and the process was made so easy. They are truly looking for my financial wellbeing. I recommend them 100%. Kelly, Ray, and Ashley are amazing to work with. Thank you again for your amazing service.
