Super service and good advice. They helped me prolong the life of my Highlander and promised to tell me when it was time to say Sayonara....the ABS was gone. So now I have a newish
Highlander and hope, with their help, to ply the roads for
years to come.

So, hard to find a shop that will take the time with my ol' van. Great guys over at Jim's. Travis took care of business ASAP! At a more than reasonable price. My new mechanic. Friendly, honest and local. Thank you. R.

Friendly, courteous, and fast. Great to find a local mechanic I can trust. PT2) After dealing with Travis and Dane at the front counter, I am impressed by their professionalism, their Customer Service Oriented attitude; and the way the treat my vehicles and me as a customer. I took one of my trucks to "the Dealer", and was screwed; Jim's automotive is now my "GoTo" place to get ALL my trucks fixed. And, I recommend them HIGHLY. Finding someone who does what they say, follows what you ask, shouldn't be difficult to find. Jim's is my place from now on.

The staff are great, friendly, and very informative. No cutting corners on repairs and they work in a timely manner. They went out of their way to help me find a discontinued part for my truck. They also have a very friendly dog at the shop sometimes, I always say you can trust a shop that has a friendly pup on staff.

We've been going to Jim's automotive for almost 20 years! They've always done excellent work and they are exceptionally honest and fair. Their customer service is above & beyond in today's society! Thanks you guys for always being awesome! We really really appreciate it!!!

Amazing service. They got my car in, diagnosed the issue, and were very sympathetic when they had to give me bad news - it was going to be a major repair that will probably have to be done at the dealer. They didn't even charge me for the diagnosis since they knew I'd have to pay an arm and a leg for the repair at the dealer. Such nice guys and very trustworthy. They really care.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Jim's for many years. Never have I been so confident that a company would do right by me. They have been fair and do not play games. No extras added with this place. Just what you need. I have so much respect for this shop and their team!

I don't know how anyone could give less than a 5 star review for this shop . Travis and his team had me a new transmission installed in less than 24 hours from the time I called to have them look at the jasper transmission that was in need of a simple part . Part was unavailable for my timeline so instead of making me hold off my moving to Montana and starting my new job jasper stepped up and warranties me a brand new transmission that Jim's had installed in 8 hours and had me on the road with my original schedule. Jim's is by far the only shop I have or would ever recommend or take the time to write this review.. do yourself a favor and take your vehicles to Jim's whenever you're in need ..

Dane had outstanding customer support when I had an employee stranded in the area. He asked the right questions and connected me with a local tow service. Jim's Automotive has a great team who takes care of people! I highly recommend them.

Thank you Travis, Dane and Joe. Their customer service was amazing. We were broke down on the road from Washington state and they jumped in and helped us get on the road again. I would highly recommend Jim's Automotive . They are a great people.

First time customer: Took the Sienna in for a smog check; it failed. The sienna was sounding like playing card stuck in a spoke. Travis (very friendly) had the Mechanic (also very friendly) fix the issue at cost. Ended up being a hose missing.
Sienna passed smog 2nd time around & no more noise. Great, friendly service.

e take our two matching Jeeps to Jim's, and have been for maybe fifteen years, whenever they opened. Everyone is very helpful, very good, and the estimates are right on. My son took my wife's car to Davis, and it broke, so I had ti low-bedded back to Placerville, I trust them that much. The tow driver said that they had a Jeep dealer in Sacramento, and I said, "I'll bet they do," knowing what could happen. No, on to Jim's

They fit me in with no appt because my car wasn't shifting correctly. They took care of my car immediately & got me back on the road @ No Charge!! My car will not be taken ANYWHERE else!! THANK YOU!!!.

Went in for a what I thought was a litter or valve issue ended up not being it but the guys directed me towards what the issue was most likely. Very friendly hospitality and got my Jeep back to me in basically a day and half definitely going again!

This time no differant from the others! The guys in the office super friendly and polite!! .really can't ask for much more than that. The service guys outside quick and thorough... Thanx him a!! I'll be back
