Brian was super helpful. I was on vacation and stay longer that I had too didn't have clean closet. I came here on Thursday at 4p.m and I told him my situation and he said I help he had it ready the next day at 10 a.m and he didn't even charged me extra or nothing. I usually don't put reviews but this place and Brian deserve it nice, the place nice price nice and amazing job honestly Brian thank you so much. You save my trip.

The man who helped me was amazing!!!!!! I called last minute after calling another shop and went in and they wanted to way over charge and tried to rip me off (the cleaners by safeway in placerville) but not here!! He saved my wedding dress a day and a half before my wedding! Got my dress in last minute and didn't charge me an arm and leg. He is the absolute best ever!! Was so caring and thoughtful!! I wasn't expecting perfect in such short amount of time and he did a phenomenal job. Thank you so much you are wonderful ❤

If you need dry-cleaning or just don't like doing your own laundry, this is the place for you. I've been going here for the last 6 years and have never had a problem. My clothes are clean and pressed, always on time; even when I've needed things next day. Owner and staff are always friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

Come to find out ( after a year) the dry cleaner didn't loose my clothes, they messed up the telephone number and couldn't get ahold of me! So I went there a year later and the guy recognized me and said that he had my items!!! I was so happy!! And surprised he remembered me!!!

Has ownership recently changed? Now requiring payment on some items in advance, pricing higher than in the past, staff seems to be changed. Been using them for a while but now looking for an alternative.

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS, THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU - they literally ran a bait-and-switch on us. I have used them for years, so I dropped of some items for dry cleaning. When my husband picked up my items he was charged $15.50 more. I had told the owner I was moving away, and I think he saw an opportunity to rip us off. He said I called the items a dress (which HIS employee thoroughly examined and called a long dress), but that it was a gown. I didn't call it anything - HIS employee made that decision. The items were a very light weight, cotton dress - they certainly weren't gowns. He just took complete advantage of the situation. Joke's on him, my husband will still be living here and we are telling everyone don't go here- they will steal from you!

Terrible customer service. Didn't care weather they got our busines or not. Too busy to give us pricing for our commercial linen needs. We went with another fantastic, friendly, customer oriented dry cleaner by Safeway.

Ruined my items and wouldn't call me back.
