I spoke with Michael and he found what I needed and called me back with the information. Ive always hated having to call the court house and Michael was really nice and went above and beyond to get the information that I needed. Thank you Michael, it's good to know there are kind people left in the world.

During my recent trial, and leading up to my trial, I found the entire Superior Court Team to be tremendously helpful. From the Clerks, to the Judge and Bailiff....the entire team was very acocmidating and supportive. Judge Lauren Bowers was very professional, fair and direct. Thank you ALL!

This court is run by complete idiots. I got a dui for being 0.01 over the limit, which I took full responsibility for and was willing to accept whatever I had to do to make it right. I didn’t even argue at all when being arrested. Well, they rescheduled my court date 8 times. You read that right, 8 times. The crazy part is, after the 7th time I showed up to court, they never gave me another date to show up. I called over and over again trying to figure out when to show up again. For almost a year they never reached out. Then out of no where, right outside of my job, 3 police cars were there to talk to me about a “warrant for my arrest” because I didn’t show up to court. Yes, 3 police cars for 1 girl that weighs about 100 pounds. Apparently it was a slow day for them. I explained to the police the situation, and to be fair to them, they actually believed me, and wrote me a ticket for when to show up for court. When The day came that I finally got to talk to a judge, I asked the judge (who was upset that I didn’t show up for court), why would I show up for 7 court dates and not show up to the 8th? CLEARLY I was trying to show up. The judge rudely disagreed and talked down to me like a criminal, WHILE ADMITTING THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE THE COURT SENT ME ANY NOTICE of the 8th court date. The judge pretty much admitted they never sent anything, but it was “up to me” to figure out when the date was. Despite the fact I called dozens of times and even showed up at the court and got no answers. Every single person who works here that I encountered were money hungry people with zero morals. Really sad and pathetic excuse of a court system here. Thank god I didn’t get any huge fines though, because I would have sued 1000%.

Negative 5 stars if I could the workers could care less and they do a shift job at directing you I waited 3 hours just for me to be told to come back next week

Horrible scheduling

The family law facilitator is very nice (especially in comparison to Yuba County Family Law Facilitator) however, but the scheduling here is very sporadic.

What a disastrous experience... I got a speeding ticket a while back and I don’t live near so the cop told me not to worry I will receive everything in the mail...months go by and I finally get the first letter from them saying I “failed to appear” ?! I called (the phone line wasn’t so bad for me) and explained what the cop told me and asked why I have to pay an even bigger fine now. She said and I quote “the cops aren’t responsible for knowing how the courts and tickets work”. What??? Not only that you can only MAIL IN a request for a payment plan/extension - when I paid the ticket on their website I realized it is not a secured site meaning your credit card information can be leaked! And guess what? You can only pay your tickets online or in person! What a coincidence?!

Not only did I have to wait 45 mins on the phone to be transferred to a CLOSED line, but it took months to process a citation issued in February and I only finished it this past month. I felt like they made it more difficult to contest my ironclad ticket , but in the end they found me guilty of it anyways, knowing I'm unable to appear in court because I live hours away.

Their online case index has been unavailable for over a week (you can see it on their website). Cant pay the ticket without the number. And the website doesn’t provide a way to contact them. The other low reviews are all on point as well.

Ethically bankrupt. I believe an Attorney from Placerville best described it when he said they poison the pool and then make it impossible for any one else to get a fair trial. I wish i didn’t have to give any stars. With the acceptance of collusion between DV, The judicial system, and legal aid, the good people at the court don’t have a chance.

They don’t answer the phone which is like a big middle finger to the people if you ask me. I called and went full grocery shopping all while being on hold with them the whole time. Never spoke to anyone.(:
