We recently engaged Molly Erin Designs for a guest bathroom remodel. We wanted to completely renovate the space, making it both more modern and more senior-friendly. It is a small space, straight out of the 1980's, and we were stumped as to how to proceed.
We are extremely happy with the design services and project management that Molly provided! In the design phase, she listened to our requirements and preferences, and fully incorporated those into her design. When she presented her proposal, she brought along a myriad of samples and materials to our home, from which we came up with a final design - which was stunning, by the way, as the attached photos demonstrate; she has an amazing eye for design! Molly then delivered computer-generated mock-ups of the remodeled bathroom, and detailed scale floor plans for each of the contractors.
As project manager, Molly procured all the materials, and engaged and managed all of the contractors. She provided a detailed project work schedule, from start to finish - and amazingly, the work was completed on time! The contractors that she engages are of the highest quality; we were extremely pleased with their work. Molly was always available to us when we had questions or concerns throughout the entire project. She returned our calls, texts or emails promptly, and quickly resolved any issues that arose.
We love our new guest bathroom so much that we now plan to bring Molly in for our master bathroom remodel! If you are looking for a top notch and reliable designer, we would hghly recommend Molly Erin Designs!

Molly Carter is a very talented designer, extremely organized and detail oriented and professional - and just a truly lovely person. We have known her for about 5 years. She first helped us with a renovation that included an addition of a laundry room and powder bath and a total gut and redo of our kitchen and existing bath. She has subsequently helped choose paint colors and window treatments and with a garage conversion. She took the the time to figure out our style and we now have a home we love and that makes us happy every day because it functions really well and is just so beautiful. Renovations are stressful no matter what - but Molly’s clear communication, oversight, transparency (she provides a detailed spreadsheet with the cost of every item in her design with the final design renderings), and character made our projects run smoothly and without surprises. We would work with her again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I purchased a major project house in 2015. I was extremely overwhelmed with all the possible options, and working with Molly made making decisions much less stressful, and we LOVE the end result. We still have projects waiting to be completed, and will definitely work with Molly when we are ready!

I have the absolute great pleasure to be a part of Molly's team. Her projects are always tip top and on time!!! Great details and use of the space. Her ability to put together all of the aspects and coordinate all the sub contactors is amazing. At the end of the project, it looks just like the renderings that were provided months in advance.... Molly was great to work with. I consulted with her for an hour. Brought samples of what I was considering and she helped immensely. She had great ideas, color suggestions and really helped pull the project together. Would definitely work with her again.

Molly never replies her emails. It has been 1 week and I am still waiting to hear from her. She was a referral from my cousin who is using her to remodel their home. My cousin has had the same experience, even though Molly is on retainer, it takes her at least a week to get back to her client.
Can't imagine you keep clients this way!
