Jack in the Box

Sometimes the hamburger meat can be dry/coarse. But that's not the fault of the store, but of the corporate buyer.
I like the sourdough jack and egg rolls the most.

Staff has always been great..everytime. They are hard working and polite.

Used the drive up and was c/s by far better than the new coffee shop across the street

This place knows how take care of their customers. The gentleman working the drive-thru tonight was very clear and courteous about the items not available. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my order. My dog got a little treat out if the deal. Thanks for making this an easy experience at this time of night. Definitely worth the drive!

Manager Greg was AWESOME!! Remembered what my favorite food order .... always kind. Personally walked out our order to our car Everytime!

Great food and great customer service here! The workers are always with a smile. The food is made fresh here not like other places where they have your food ready before you even order. Few times I had to wait in the parking lot like a VIP and get the food brought to me because my order is so big and they included extra fries. They didn't need to but they did anyways. This Jack in the Box gets more than 5 stars from me. I definitely recommend to everyone. Good and Fresh Food and you can have it your way anytime unlike McDonalds where you can have only breakfast in the morning. You can have anything here at anytime.

This place has done a 180 from a few years ago. Fast and fresh. There was a problem with my mobile order and the guy at the drive through made it work, manually, and hooked me up with a few tacos for for my (couple minutes) of inconvenience. Thanks, bro.

For being open on Christmas day, they did awesome! They were short on change due to the demand but they still were trying to get everyone's order out in a timely matte, even though there were lines out the drive-thru as well as inside. For being open on a holiday they should have had at least 2 managers because it seemed like they had a young man in charge & it was out of his control to even get more change. I believe the head manager didn't prepare him with the tools needed for a business to be open on such a big holiday. But they still did great!!

I'm just so weak for the tasty, tasty egg rolls. And the yummy tacos my mother lovingly called "so gross they're good." We mean it in the best possible way. Absolute my favorite guilty pleasure fast food restaurant!

When you park your car the smell of barbecue permeates the entire area. You won't be disappointed with any of their steaks, and we had the crab cakes this evening. Great Value absolutely delicious.

For fast food, it was great. I had a sourdough sandwich, I asked if they could add all the condiments, they were happy to do so. The sandwich was great. The lady at the counter was very nice.

I didn't get the name of the young man who helped me but I wanted to comment on his outstanding customer service. Good job kid!

Our Placerville location has gone the extra mile to stay open during the covid lockdown. Short handed, "sometimes", but apologies to the drive through customers goes a long way. They are "the little train that could".

I don't know if they got a new cook in there New Management but the food is so much better than it was about a year ago and the service way better

Ate a most delicious grilled chicken salad. The restaurant was so nice and cool in contrast to the 94 degree hot summer heat outside. Easy access to restaurant from the freeway too.

Love this J.I.T.B. Always have. Today though there is some POS travel trailer parked in the lot, back in the corner. No car attatched... like they've set up camp. Some little brat comes out of it and starts yanking on the antenna of one of the patrons cars parked right in front,! Then the kid goes inside, I assume to use the bathroom, then comes back out, does the same thing again and then heads back to the trailer. They need to clear those people out!

I love this jack in the box! After they stopped making the Wakey bakey I asked to make me a fakey bakey and told them exactly what I wanted in it including white cheese sauce and garlic butter .... they are awesome. I find jack in the box overall has the best customer service over any other fast food chain hands down. Shout out to late night crew at Sacramento college oak and Connie Kenny and y’all st Citrus Heights Fairoaks!! They know how to fakey bakey

Came here just to get a milkshake. The dude that took my order was super nice (I think it was adam or andrew) and the service was super quick. 10/10 for service and 10/10 for the Oreo shake, it’s soooo good.

The mini tacos and egg rolls are great! It's just what I wanted for a on-the-road snack. Love Jack in the Box!

Yeah great tacos for $0.99 to people are really nice could be serviced a little faster there drive-thrus a little slow but other than that it's a really nice place to eat

They've worked very hard on making their food absolutely delicious. They're in my top two favorite fast food restaurants!!🤗
