Sofi was extremely helpful. She was patient with me and very knowledgeable on the Business Phone Plan Offerings. I was at the store for 2 hours and she made it feel like 20 minutes! Would definitely recommend her to receive a raise in compensation.

Was in and out with a new plan and new phone with all my data in an hour and a half (this is a reasonable time). Thanks to the employee's professional help I made it to work on time.
Alot of these reviewers want miracles and/or have never worked from the employee's perspective lol

I would like to say that Emily is the best customer service representative in all of T-mobile. I drove from the Rocklin area to Placerville after my current stores customer service was way below par. Emily who used to work at my local store greeted me with a smile and took care of the list of changes I needed to do to my account. I will agree something on T-mobile has changed since the merger with Sprint and good customer service is hard to find. That is why I traveled over an hour to see Emily at the Placerville store. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Emily

I’ve gone to several t-mobile locations in the past and out of them all, I had the best customer service here. There were 3 employees working, I wish I had gotten there names because they were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We went it to get our Wi-Fi switched from Comcast to T-Mobile and they were able to get us in and out in under 20 minutes. While pulling up my account they let me know the offers I had to update my phone as well which was nice to know. We had a great experience here and will definitely go back with any future needs we may have.

Just got a new phone here. The store was very clean and the staff were friendly and patient. McKenna did a great job helping me choose a phone that fit my specific needs. She was cheerful, thoughtful, and sincere from start to finish. Will absolutely visit this location again when the need arises!

I have been with AT&T and I switched because I wasn’t getting any service at my home. Leila one of the employees at this location helped me get my phone switched as well as helped me get a new phone she stayed after hours to help me when I was having problems. Then later when I had a problem with turning off my data and then turned it back on and was not getting any service I was able to call her and she helped me with that as well. I would definitely recommend this company. Especially this store in particular. Nice lively vibe.

Switching my number from straight talk was easier than setting up the former and we are paying way less a month than we were before. Tmobile is practically giving away high-speed unlimited data!!!
Every staff member of this location cares for their customers and strives for excellent customer service, special attributes to Virginia. She knows a great deal.

Upgraded my phone in time for Christmas. This location helped with all data transfers and was thorough in the explanation of charges associated with the process. Andre was a big help very quick and knowledgeable as well as Virginia who gave great testimony on my phone choice and feedback on good options for accessories on my phone. Definitely my primary store.

I wanted to give a rave to T-Mobile in Placerville. We went in last weekend to see about switching from Verizon. They were the most amazing, kind, funny, and helpful employees we’ve ever dealt with. The main guy who helped us, was down here from Paradise. His store has damage but was still standing. He explained everything. Every detail about the plan, our savings, how Netflix is on them, everything was perfectly clear. All of the employees were so helpful!! We came from Verizon with hardly any data and a super high bill to shared data with over a $100 savings. We get free WiFi calling, so no need for the Ooma that we had and signal out and about is nearly the same as Verizon. I’d call this a WIN-WIN-WIN-WIIIIIIIIN!!

I just switched from Android to an iPhone and have had difficulty trying to download apps. Andre and his sidekick Brian stuck with me through several updates and with a lot of creative thinking they solved the problem! In the process I ended up buying a Line Link for my home phone and getting a free Tablet. Best of all there’s no increase in my plan! I also learned about their new Nest Home Security System that’s awesome! These guys are the best!

Good store very attentive to what I needed unfortunately it didn't get satisfied but the manager Mitchell went above and beyond to try to resolve my issue good managing skills
