I needed help getting some printed work. I went in with one idea after talking to the young lady in the print department offered another idea. Her idea was so much better, faster, and the price was so much better on my budget. Keep up the good work.

I was in need of a photo scanner. Cody explained the features of the Epson model to me. Everything he told me about the scanner was true. Cody in the past has helped me in the copy area. He is a valuable employee, a keeper for sure. Not many out there like him.

Excellent employees and support. The printing desk group was phenomenal in handling the multiple customers and ensuring good support.

I feel that the employees are my friends, and give me the help I specifically need for my projects to help them come out excellent. So I keep coming back!

I am retired and have little need to shop at an office supply store. When I have shopped at Office Max, I get quick, knowledgeable assistance.

Very nice experience with the manager, cashier, and the selection was great. Had exactly what we needed (and many other options for desk floor mats) and the staff was very friendly and professional.

Cody in the printing department goes above and beyond. I come in with odd requests for work, and he's able to meet them, taking the challenge head on. We have never been disappointed by their work.

The other day, we were looking to print some fliers for an event out of state that needed to be paid for by us, and picked up by a representative for our company out of state. He went above and beyond to figure out how to submit the order and then transfer it to the event location store so that it would arrive both faster, and cheaper than us printing it here and shipping it over.

The employees at the Placerville Office Max are the best. They are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was working on a project and they assisted me greatly and did a great job helping me get everything right.
