Great service! We went there yesterday afternoon almost closing time. He helped my niece in her phone problem. Thank you! Will only come here from now on for all cell phone repairs. He is very helpful.

My iPhone 12 Pro Max wouldn't charge at the port. I tried cleaning it several ways, used compressed air, hard reset, etc. and still would only charge on qui charger. Brought it in and he fixed it for free in a few minutes. A good dude, with great service. I highly recommend this place.

Did a great job fixing my kids ipad. We thought we would have to buy a new one but the owner was able to fix it and even improved the ipad by upgrading its Home Screen button.

Great place! The owner was very nice. Replaced my iphone glass within 30 minutes and were less expansive than anyone else. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing! The customer service was just the icing on the cake! They didnt have the part I needed in stock and still had it fixed within the day. My phone is better than it was before! Im so glad I gave them a shot I couldn't have done better. Also it was cheaper than my insurance deductible!!!!!!

Update: Had to comment on this again because of how insanely pleased I was with the service. Just went in again today due to a malfunctioning charging port and he had it fixed within 10 minutes. Fantastic business.

I rely on my phone heavily for work, and the charging port had seemingly become loose and would barely charge. I went in thinking I would either need an expensive repair, or to buy a new phone. The owner took a look at my phone and came back ten minutes later with it working good as new, as the port just needed a cleaning. I so appreciated this, as some places would take advantage of my lack knowledge and try to sell me on a repair.

I've been here several times and been treated fairly. Great service and very knowledgeable. Prices seem very reasonable. Will definitely return.

Got my phone screen fixed in late 2016 after dropping it on some concrete and it was perfect after getting it done. I’m going again today to get my phone screen fixed and seeing how they will fix the giant holes in my screen after cracking it so much. The employees are amazing here, as well. And if you haven’t gotten here, prepare for having them take a couple of pictures, they need to test out the cameras 😜

I took my broken iphone to the AT&T store to see if they could fix it but since it was no longer under warranty they couldn't help me and they referred me to Red Shoe Rescue in Cameron Park. Red Shoe Rescue not only fixed my phone very quickly but they had the best customer service and were just the nicest guys to do business with. Was able to get my Nexus 5x screen in about a day. Other shops i called couldn't fix the screen on the Nexus 5x. Repair time was exactly as quoted. Jobs looks very professional. So did I thorough check-in and check-out process ensuring everything was in working order.

Great service! This saved us $800. My daughter smashed her phone and it was not covered, so we thought we would have to replace the phone, we could not get it to turn on or anything! it was fixed for $150!! Super cool!

Dropped my phone in the pool, would not power up and could not access my icloud backup. Apple was no help. Went to Red Shoe Rescue and they were able to retrieve the data by temporarily repairing the phone. Only cost about $70.
Want to say a heartfelt thank you to Tim and Doug, outstanding job. One of the series of photos you two saved was of my great uncle's grave in Normandy France, at the D-day memorial. Our family never knew what happened to him after he was wounded on D-day and later killed in July 1944, until I was able to find him last year on a business trip to France. He had lain there for 72 years unknown to his family. Those memories would have been lost without you, sincerely appreciative. I wish Red Shoe the best of luck.

The owner is funny, sarcastic and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend him. He's honest and tells you what he can or cannot do.

This place is the best in el Dorado hands down. Extremely knowledgeable and straightforward forward. Great communication and quick repair. They even stayed open an extra 30 minutes for me so I could get my phone before hopping on a flight. So definetely where my business will go from now on.
