I recently had the pleasure of visiting this winery, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped onto the picturesque vineyard, I was captivated by the beauty of the surroundings. The staff's warm welcome and their extensive knowledge of the wines they offered made the tasting truly delightful.

The wines themselves were nothing short of superb. Each sip was a journey of flavors and aromas that showcased the winery's dedication to quality. I particularly enjoyed their red blends, which were rich and full-bodied, leaving a lasting impression.

The ambiance of the tasting room was inviting and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the wines. I left with a few bottles of my favorites, which have since become a cherished addition to my collection.

This winery is a hidden gem, a place where passion for winemaking shines through every aspect of the experience. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable wine tasting adventure.

Such a beautiful winery! We had a weekday off so we visited here on Tuesday. Host was nice and gave a quite honest opinion. I recommend to try their sparkling wines. Peach flavor is my favorite! A little sweetness with coo sparks. I also tried strawberry sparkling wines but this one has a little more bitter taste compared to the peach one. Although it’s in the middle of the week, they have several visitors. Their garden is so beautiful and peaceful!

This is hands down the best winery in the area. They have the most amazing wines, a beautiful vista and picnic area, and awesome local staff who are always so amazing and helpful. Don't miss a stop here if you're on a wine tour!

Everyone I bring here loves this place! Super hospitable staff and tasty wines! Also the grounds are beautiful making for quite the nice outing. I highly recommend ordering the Peach sparkling wine as I haven't seen it offered anywhere else and it's one of our favorites!

Karmere Vineyard and Winery is top-notch! Had an awesome time exploring their beautiful vineyard and indulging in their fantastic wines. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making the tasting experience even more enjoyable. The scenic views were breathtaking, and the peaceful ambiance added to the charm of the place. From their crisp whites to their bold reds, every sip was a delight for the taste buds. If you're a wine lover seeking a memorable experience, Karmere is a must-visit. The visit here was very pleasant. I'm not one who drinks sparkling wine, but I tried one here and really enjoyed it. Our favorite was the Naughty Bawdy - a perfect blend. I will return for sure.

This place has friendly cats, a great (well- knowledgeable staff and a fantastic almond sparking wine! There is a man who poured for us by the name 'Cupcake' he is a magnificent fellow with very entertaining stories. Come for the wine, stay for the Cupcake!

My friend and I had an amazing day. Our wine server Cupcake was awesome. I will come again.

We love this place. The wines are super good, something for every palate. The tasting room staff especially Hayley and Paul are very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Their events are fun and I would recommend joining the wine club.

Add the views from the terrace and it is such a fun place to visit. We always bring friends along and they are so happy we did. Go and have some fun.

Their wines are DELICIOUS! Great prices as well, most are fairly priced in the low $20's which makes bringing home lots of bottles possible. I bought a case of futures and it was worth it - so good. The staff, despite the constant influx of people, manage to be friendly and warm every visit. They have a beautiful spot, overlooking the vineyards, and I can spend an entire afternoon out there, petting their 2 awesome kitties and sipping on yummy wine and soaking the sunshine in.

The Almond Champagne is outstanding. The customer service is also exceptional. I would suggest this winery to anyone. In fact I would go to say that this winery and surrounding wineries rival the Napa region. The customer service is better, less crowds, cheaper, wineries are just as nice with great views, and the wines are just as good.

It was the first time for us at Amador County and this Winery was our first stop and our favorite. We did the wine tasting and we decided to get a bubble one for our “snack/lunch” break there. It has a wonderful views and the is so pleasant to have some drinks and snacks there. I definitely will go back.

Grounds were gorgeous! They have a spacious outdoor area, had live music when I was there Saturday of Big Crush weekend 2017. They have 3 bubbly options - plain, raspberry, and almond - which are all amazing, in addition to their other reds and whites. Staff was friendly and attentive, even with a super crowded tasting room.

This review is very overdue. I want everyone to know how AWESOME Hayley is! She helped my now fiance plan his proposal at Karmere Winery. She offered to come in early before they opened in order to accommodate his plans. She even had a bottle of sparkling wine ready for us after I said yes!!! We have always had a wonderful time anytime we are wine tasting here and have brought so many of our friends here because of that.
