I had a fantastic experience at Home Depot purchasing a washing machine working with Tina M. She made printouts of what I needed, made some notes for me and gave me advice on questions to ask the installation guys to make sure every thing was in working order before they left. She then walked me to the cashier Karen, stood there until my purchase was complete and done correctly. I walked away very very satisfied!!! This was different than the night before at HD when no one was around to help .. more people are needed like Tina M and Karen!!!! Way to go!!!

Went in Friday night 2/9 needing to replace a garbage disposal. Older gentleman in a mask working in plumbing took a look at what I had and guided me right to the proper disposal and accessories. Changed it out myself the next morning and saved $150.00. Didn’t have to wait for someone to come out. That guy needs a raise and is hopefully training the rest in plumbing.

Always impressed with massive inventory and fair prices. Employees are extremely helpful. I have never had a bad experience and go there often.

We always find everything we need here to complete our home projects. Prefer HD over Lowe’s.

I visited the garden depot recently and all the spring flowers look amazing. Picked up some roses and potting soil. Can’t wait to plant them.

Also bought a new bathroom fan. They had many choices and I was able to find the perfect one.

This place is pretty good. I am glad they have rose and cheaper plants that deer don’t like.

with just a few occupied with rental equipment..
this location rents & delivers with a home depot delivery service..

One of the best Home Depot’s around. Friendly staff. Plenty of stock. Clean and orderly story. I love this place.

They had the 12 foot ladder that I needed to change 3 bulbs on a 13 foot tall chandelier. The person at the counter saved me the trouble and cost of not getting the 14 foot ladder I asked for originally. Appreciate their expertise.

Got in, a 2x8, got it cut by a friendly employee, and was out after five minutes. Great customer service!

I’m always able to find what I need! I love that Home Depot has an online feature that will tell you if the location has an item in stock. It will also tell you what aisle it is on. They have a beautiful garden section that I’ve gotten many items from. The staff is always friendly and efficient.

Love Home Depot! Not just construction supplies. Also, all of your gardening needs.
Cleaning supplies and home decor. Also, seasonal decor, like Halloween 🎃 lol!

Friendly staff , knowledgeable. I’m well taken care of when I shop or order at Home Depot . Did many projects this summer . We helpful staff . I use the pro desk a lot .

Great variety of flowers, indoors and outdoors. Nice and helpful staff.

I stopped in here today to purchase a new ceiling fan and Steve helped me. He juggled two other people besides me, so friendly and kind. He helped me determine exactly what I needed and articulated some of the problems I had been thinking about my current ceiling fan. What a legend! I hope Home Depot hires and rewards more employees like Steve.

A little understaffed sometimes, finding someone to help you, could take some time, but once you have help they're very caring and helpful.

My husband and I were at the Folsom Home Depot. Ryan went above and beyond to help us every step off the way. We are both a bit elderly. He is a great asset

I will have to say that Blaine has to be one of the best customer service reps that I have ever experienced at Home Depot. It was great shopping with him when I couldn't find the stuff that I needed Even to the point when I needed him again. I yelled "Marco and he yelled Polo". I would definitely look for him again for help in the store.
