First of all, I'm so grateful that we now have one of these stores close by. I went in looking for straws for 6-7 feral/stray cats that I had been feeding and wanted to create a warm shelter for them this winter. I walk in the store and am immediately greeted by the sweet CS REP even when she was on the phone assisting another customer. I walk in, heading to the back of the store looking for bale of straws and I had the pleasure of meeting the most AMAZING individual named John. He greeted me with utmost respect (I was dressed in Pajamas, messy hair. Sams Club rep thought I was an homeless individual and was extremely rude). John was so soft spoken, polite and patient. He went out of the way to assist me. Every rep I saw in this store had genuine smile, positive attitude and treated customers with respect. You could actually feel the sense of care from everyone, which is so hard to find these days. I was just so overwhelmed by their excellent service/work ethic and had to write this review. I'm more of an online shopper but this is one store I'll continue to visit in person for all my wild bird/cat/dog supplies. They have truly won me over. Thank you. Monika

Have only been here a few times but was amazed by the service I received by Andres today. I called in extremely stressed looking for a specific item and Andres took the time to assist me. He was very helpful and went above and beyond. Amazing store, service, and staff. Would highly recommend this place for your dog food and supplies!

Great location. I usually go to the Rancho Murieta location and this one is even better. We were looking for Diamond dog food. The manager showed us not only the food but the sale section too (for beds). This store was very clean and had a nice selection of food, treats and supplies . We got all the supplies for our new dog; food, collar, leash, and beds. Great location, will be back.

Tractor Supply has good prices and a great selection for animal feed. I recently had surgery and the staff were very kind in helping me lift heavy items into my car. :)

Got to say the manager here is more then smooth with it he is very kind, helpful and is more then willing to go out of his way to make sure that you leave smiling I generally dont go to tractor supply because I just go to Home depot but the people here are so friendly I will definitely be back for some miscellaneous items for sure.

Brand new location. Very clean. And this location has a great selection of Carhartt. I got what I needed today.

I live closer to the Tractor Supply in Jackson, CA but this one is larger, better stocked and the customer service here is excellent.
