Western Tactical Uniform and Gear

I can't say enough about the staff and service at Western Tactical. Christian was fantastic and the seamstress (apologies, I forgot her name), are amazing. I needed some work done quickly for an upcoming event. The seamstress was consulted and agreed to do it immediately. We talked about what I needed and she got to it. Not only was she quick with her work, it was flawless. Everything was done perfectly, which I know is always the expectation; but lets be honest, it isn't always the case. Not only did she drop what she was doing, she was quick and her work was flawless.

While I waited, I had a little time to browse and I quickly realized they have a little bit of everything. I met one of the owners and commented on the variety of supplies. She said when people had asked for things in the past that needed to be ordered, they decided to stock a couple extras so in the future others wouldn't have to wait. They have all your uniform needs, and then some, not to mention a very friendly and accommodating staff. They can do everything in house as well. Name tapes to embroidery directly on the uniform, alterations and what have you.

I'll definitely be going back for all my uniform needs, as well as a variety of other things you always find you need in working life, outdoor sports/hobbies, and while at the range.

The best around. Other uniform shops have never had my size in stock or have had to wait multiple weeks to months to receive the correct size or get the product in stock. Hemming services were offered day of purchase, also unheard of! I walked right in and was pleasantly greeted by Jessica who made sure I found the best fit for my Class B uniform. The staff at western tactical went above and beyond to meet my needs. I came in with a Class A fire uniform needing new braids, stars, and buttons. Jessica went above and beyond to order supplies from multiple vendors to complete the project in a timely manner. Oh, and I also had a short timeline that they met and exceeded. They were able to bring my Class A jacket to their sister store which was closer to my house to make it more convenient for me. I will never go anywhere else again for Class A uniform needs. Exceptional customer service, very very reasonable cost, and exceeded my expectations. Thanks for the excellent help!

I've shopped here a couple times and had amazing experiences each visit. They do embroidery and have a good selection of gear from uniforms to flashlights. The staff is amazing and very friendly, this has become one of my new favorite places to shop for tactical gear.

Wow! Is all I can say about the first experience I had with Western Tactical, in my 25+ years of service and numerous shopping experiences with other uniform vendors, I can honestly say none have even closely compared to the seamless and professional service I experienced with these guys! I ordered my shirt and within the hour I was notified that it was finished and ready to ship! Thanks for the awesome service guys!
