It's pretty cool when the people working the counter are as knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product as the two employees that helped me, a noob, pick out a selection of games. They clearly had a breadth and depth of expertise. When they could have gatekept they instead informed and kindly highlighted my missteps without judgement. I hope corporate realizes how much value employees like this add in an era of yt reviews and online shopping.

This locations is a breath of fresh air. The manager Kaitlyn was very warm, welcoming, and provided professional and efficient assistance. Was a pleasure to speak with and made our experience memorable. Kind-hearted problem solver. Will now be using this as our primary location!

Ordered something online from gamestop and received an incomplete order. I called the hotline and they instructed me to go to a brick and mortar location to collect the missing part of my order. When I arrived the next morning Kaitlyn called the hotline and was told she wouldn't be able to resolve my issue. Needless to say this was very frustrating for me. However, Kaitlyn made it work and I
walked away satisfied. Kaitlyn owns noobs and I appreciate everything she did for me. This is a Kaitlyn review not a Gamestop review.

The staff here is always nice, and honest. I've been going to this one since it opened years ago and have never had a bad experience. It's a smaller gamestop, but there is still plenty of things to choose from.

Been buying games from this store for years.
Ever since i was a little kid (like 15 or so. Im 22 now) they have been nothing but nice and super kind to me up till this day. And always super smooth
