Excellent customer service and efficient work. Sent my car in to get my AC repaired mid summer. They got me, checked out my car order the part and sent me on my way. A week later they said that part was in and got my ac fixed I'm 4 hours and I had my car back that day. Wonderful service and so grateful for cold air.

Always honest and reliable. They got me in asap after my engine light came on. Quick diagnostic and fix as well as changed my oil. Trustworthiness is important and I'm happy to have found an honest mechanic.

Once again, I received great service from Gold Country Auto Clinic. I came in to have my car serviced, without calling ahead for an appointment. I was going out of town, and my service light came on in my 2015 Camry the night before.

My wife takes our 2017 Toyota 4Runner to Gold County Auto Clinic . This time was for a 3000 mile service also a four wheel brake job with the replacement of the front rotors . The job was done in one day at a good price ($985.00) . Tim explained all the work done and answered all our questions . We will continue to use GCAC for the 4Runner services .

Gold Country Auto Clinic is one of the few auto repair shops where I've felt completely at ease because they do a wonderful job, never try to sell me things I don't need, always answer my questions in an understandable manner, and charge reasonable and affordable fees for service. I started going to them several years ago when a dealership couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car and wanted to replace a $3,000.00 part. Turns out, it needed a $65.00 part, and Gold Country Auto accurately diagnosed it and saved me an expensive and unnecessary repair! Their customer service is friendly, with prompt repairs.

The first time I went to Gold Country Auto Clinic, I was going in for a second opinion. I had taken my car to a different shop and they said it would be over $1,000 to fix it. Gold Country Auto Clinic called me a couple hours later and said my oil plug was loose. They have been who I take my car and truck to ever since. I have also been in thinking I needed new brakes and it was dirt making it squeak. They didn't charge me a penny, when they could have charged me for a brake job. They're always friendly, professional, and trustworthy.

After Jeff Holman closed, I was referred by Ryan to Gold Country Automotive. My experience there has been 100% positive on all counts.

Always get excellent service at Subaru Plus. Don and his crew go above and beyond to keep our vehicles running smooth. They are excellent at diagnosing difficult problems and do excellent work.

Don Wilkes is a great guy with a great shop. After some bad experiences with Stockton Dodge and Sonora dodges service departments I am leery about taking any of my vehicles to a shop. But my wife's car is still under warranty so it has to go to an approved mechanic. Don diagnosed our car and found out it has a faulty PCM (powertrain control module) it is a dealer only part so the warranty wouldn't cover any of Don's work or the rental car. We offered to pay for the rental but he refused to let us. He ate the total cost of everything and referred us to Folsom Dodge said it was a quick lesson on doing warranty work and fine print. He will have my business whenever I need a shop and it's not dealer only parts. Again, thanks Don.
