Excellent!! Don't hesitate to try this place. This is real Italian food. Not from a can or a jar. Great flavors, great salad and bread included. We had the Italian sausage pasta (spicy) and basil cream chicken. Both were great, and I would order both again. The spicy is actually spicy. No extra crushed red pepper needed. Added a bottle of wine for the perfect Italian dinner.

Came in for the first time with mom & grandma today on a Tuesday afternoonaround 2pm, and it wasn't crowded. I ordered a Raspberry Italian soda (never had one before), Shrimp Scampi, and the Tomato Bisque. We all ordered different things, and we all loved what we got! The tomato bisque was really thick and creamy, I usually don't like plain tomato soups but I loved this and would always want this soup when I come in the future. It was delicious and had a lot of flavor. The Shrimp Scampi was really tasty, and was cooked in a more authentic way than it is in other restaurants. The Scampi's wine sauce was very good, and not overly garlicky. Overall, it's easy to tell that the quality of the food is excellent and the freshness makes a big difference. Some of the food and wine is locally sourced too, which is nice. My mother and I are not local, but grandma is local and hopes to eat here again soon! I had a good experience today and the whole family would love to come back and eat here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely wonderful meal at Saluti's! I had the Basil Cream Chicken and Ann Marie had the Meatball and Polenta. BCC was amazing! Meatball dish was a bit rich for AM, but delicious!
Chocolate Bomb cake and Vanilla Bean cheese cake for dessert - both fantastic!
Great service and not too busy. We were sat right away and food came quickly. Highly recommend!

My family was on way to Kirkwood to go ski. We decided to spend the night in Jackson which is 1 hr from Kirkwood. Its a small town where we found this family-operated italian place. Its on opposite direction of the downtown. A small place with limited seating, we had to wait 10-15 min to get a table.
It was worth the wait. They had 2-4 vegetarian pasta options and a couple of flatbreads/pizza options but they were not available for dinner. We ordered a ravioli and a pasta dish that both came with side of house salad and garlic bread. Both preparations were very good. Their soups are made in chicken broth, so not recommended for vegetarians.
Their wine was good as well. All in all only few options available for vegetarians but they all taste very good.

Food is so good! Quality wines and ingredients. Will definitely frequent this place. One person working the floor at lunch. She worked hard, but it's tough with so many. Great atmosphere too. Thank you for a great meal!

Service was wonderful, everyone was friendly! The food was amazing! The minestrone soup was divine, I've never had anything like it before. It had a little bit of a kick to it, it was delightful! The Basil Cream Chicken was full of so much flavor, the mushrooms were crisp and perfect! Everything was wonderful! Can't wait to go back and try more!

What a great surprise for us looking for a quick meal and served such wonderful food! The minestrone soup was a nice start with a slight kick to the spice. The lasagna dish and the shrimp scampi both were cooked just right (not overly chewy) with sauces that complemented each dish. We’re very happy. Glad our son suggested this place!!

Its so nice to have a great Italian restaurant back in Amador County. Growing up here, I was privelged to enjoy the "originals" such as Busgalia's, Belloti's and Therea's...and am so excited there is a great addition to carry on the legacy of great Italian food in Amador County.

Portion sizes were great (the brushetta easily would serve 4 as an appetizer). My mom and I tried the Basil Cream Chicken and Chicken Marsala. Both were excellent! Their minestrone was also great, as were the connolis. We'll definitely be back soon!

You have to give it to them for having the best tasting, spicy, flavourful, witty, pretty healthy food I've ever had in my life at a Italian restaurant in America. Gluten free pasta is a huge plus for me and my girlfriend. Unfortuneately I have delibitating tinnitus so I can't eat at most restaurants, but I would like to eat there, so I always have to order takeout. Thank you for the great food

I don't eat Italian food at restaurants cause it's never authentic Italian. But this place... Is amazing. It's small, only a few tables, so get there early. You will not be disappointed.

Surprisingly great Italian food in a strip mall in Jackson! Several vegetarian options which was well appreciated. The included soup is a beef stock but the salad was delicious (you can have either soup or salad with entree). Dessert and coffee was also nice. Their wine prices are pretty close to what you pay at the winery so that was also greatly appreciated.

Salutis smell's great & the food is above average to excellent. The best minestrone soup! They have delicious creamy Italian dressing too! The one downer is their garlic cheese bread appetizer is overpriced! $12 for a very minimal amount of bread served with a tasty meat sauce. Lower the price by $4, maybe $3 if it has to be pricey, and it would be perfect- less sauce, more bread if something has to give!

The food was excellent. There's a TV in the dining room however if you want to see anything other than golf you are S.O.L.

A new Jackson gem! Delicious food, filling portions, and obviously all of it is a labor of love for the owners!! Spaghetti and meatballs, signature sauce, lasagna, and a meatball sub made a perfect lunch!

I absolutely love this restaurant! The sauces are amazing! They use real garlic on their garlic bread. I am never disappointed in the food and customer service.

We were visiting the city and needed lunch.
Saw it already had good reviews so we gave it a shot. Open the door and could instantly smell the italian sauce essences. We were greeted and sat down. Cozy clean environment. Food was great even as i looked for an imperfection like the tv food shows.
But nope food was cooked well and not overcooked. Flavors are represented like homemade food taste. Was very satisfied with portion size enough to fill up but not be stuffed. If you enjoy italian cuisine and are in the respectable driving range it’s totally worth it.

Wonderful meal at Saluti's! Very short wait for a table (the less 10 minute wait was about 2 minutes total). Charming little bistro atmosphere with cute clean tables and Italian countryside paintings.

Dishes seemed small, but that is better because the food was so filling. Still needed a to-go box. Wait staff was friendly, prompt, but didn't hover. Overall an excellent experience.

I had the spinach and mushroom ravioli. Best ravioli I've had in a while. Lovely mix of fresh ingredients with an Alfredo sauce. The lemon berry cake was good.

Excellent food and service. One dish was gluten free, and was very tasty. The chicken with cream sauce was perfect.
