Compared to other donut coffee shops. You get a whole lot for the money and the food is good relatively speaking.

Ice Coffee was great per expectations and the biscuit was good..first time and will do biscuits again. Team was very professional and sorted through the mobile order with pickup inside instead of the window.

When a place stays continually busy for me it's a good indicator that it's worth the wait in line. I had their new avocado bacon toast, a mocha latte and and a order of snackin' bacon, yum and double yum. So worth the wait!!

This location is very clean and staff is always friendly. Not too much of a wait if you get out of your car and go inside! The drive thru is always busy and to some may seem slow. I would recommend they open a pull over lane for orders taking longer than a minute. Some people don't mind making other's wait while someone makes their breakfast sandwich and latte. I just think it could be handled a bit more efficiently. I like this location and recommend it highly.

They made two of the best coffees I've had from Dunkin in a while. The coffee was fresh and the sugar and cream was well blended. Awesome job!!

I went through the drive-thru and the girl helping me was extremely nice and helpful. I went to get for blueberry muffins and they only had one left. She told me that they could put a fresh batch in and I could come back and pick them up, which I did. They were absolutely delicious.

We just moved to town and Im used to going every day for an ice coffee. Each time since I have been here they have over charged me. Im a senior citizen and I tell them as I order but never once have they given it to me without me telling them they charged me too much. I’m not a person to complain but when I correct them their response is very cool. I have been a customer almost everyday in Columbia, SC and would love to continue with this one but their attitude is a little sharp. I also realize that there is somewhat of a language barrier but kindness goes a long way!

Friendly employees, quick service and all of the items in our order were correct. I was just passing through mid road trip, but I'd definitely return given the chance!

Service is always good here but our server, Nicole, was not only kind but in great spirits! She made our visit to Dunkin better than ever before! Five stars for quality and customer service!!!

This pastry establishment has manipulated the course of my life forever. I had a terminal illness about a week ago before my first donut and iced coffee consumption, and now I am healed. My uncle, who was blind and deaf for 37 years, can now see and hear. I am forever grateful and indebted to Dunkin' Donuts.

Clean, great food and service!

All our food is made fresh every morning and through out the day! We never sale day old any thing all left over donuts if any is taken home or thrown away at close

Picked up donuts , coffee beverages, and hot chocolate here in the past , had great quick service and no problems , will be back again .

Fast service and items on menu taste as good as they look. I have been here several times and I go here more often now than other breakfast places.

Every time I come into Harrisonburg, this is my go to Dunkin. The best.

The interior is much better than the older DDs, with single seater plush chairs it's little more comfortable and relaxing to kill some time here; a large TV hangs on a ceiling.

My coffee was perfect!! Great way to start my ride back to Pennsylvania.

Always ahave a great experience here, but I was sad to see some menu items will be leaving soon.

I just love this place😍. Not only do they have the best donuts and coffee. They have a little food menu, too. Like grilled cheese with eggs.
